Stored my belongings for 16 months. Units were well kept, pallets were provided and that kept my furniture, clothing and tools nice and dry. I really appreciated the way that this business was run. Payments were easy to process online, John was super-responsive and helpful, even helped me dispose of things when I moved out. Highly recommend storing with United.

You could not ask for better service from John Duthie and team at United Storage. I have used their storage service as needed for ~20 years. I highly recommend them.

Sadly can't give zero stars. This place robbed my GF. Broke into her rental and stole all her items so they could rent to someone else even though she was current on her rental. Over $5000 worth of stuff gone and all they offered her was $2000 cause that is all she was insured for. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!

Fantastic staff! Reasonable pricing and a nice facility that accommodated my needs for storing a variety of things while our new house was built. Easy to pay and just great friendly, service! I highly recommend them if you have storage needs!

I am just finishing up a multi-month rental of a very large storage unit. The people at United Storage have been amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and trustworthy. My storage unit was 24 ft x 36 ft with 16 ft ceilings. It was everything promised. Dry, clean, well maintained. If anybody asks me for a recommendation for storage in the Ithaca area, I will definitely recommend United Storage.
