After being a loyal customer for 6 years with Acura of Westchester, I attempted to get another lease. Thank you JOSE CRESPO for your POOR professionalism and BAD monthly numbers. FYI, any vehicle that drives out a dealership always depreciates it value and any vehicle involved in a minor accident, after repair could be sold. JOSE CRESPO, you get a 1 star for your POOR reactions on a repaired vehicle and a 5 star for pushing me and my vehicle to another dealership. I now have a new vehicle with awesome monthly payments. No hard feeling Jose.

I highly RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT despite them installing a front plate on my car when I said not too They knocked my rim , They rigged an install and got my entire carpet soaked with antifreeze!!! And left a dirty rag on my seat and did not cover my seat with any plastics at all !! Please stay away from this dealer !! tiktok.com/t/ZT8yNt2MNWatch my TikTok review on this dealer !!!!

Alicia, Shelly & The Entire Service Department Team Are Absolutely EXCELLENT!! Their friendliness, accommodations, help, easy & efficient attitudes & explanations made my experience 10x better — especially at 8am on a crazy busy, Tuesday morning! They are understanding of each individual, their unique needed service and do their best to go that extra mile to make a person’s experience a GREAT one. I haven’t met nice people like them in a long time! Thank you all SO MUCH!!! :)

THis is to express to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the 2019 Acura ILX I purchased from the Larchmont dealership approximately 1 year ago.I have been back a minium three times with issues with the car, such as shocks, wheel alignment and a constantly falling off spoiler on the driver's side of the car. My latest experience with the dealership was completely unacceptable. I called Monday, May 15 and told them the car was making noise again and thought it could be the shocks. I also noted I was not comfortable driving it. The earliest I could get a loaner car wasMay 23, which I understood and, so I limited my driving. On Friday May 19 I was going around a curve on a side street and the car started to vibrate and, as a result, the passenger side of the car went up against the guard rail and caused extensive damage. When I brought the car in, I told the service person I believe the shock was bad, and my conclusion was correct. I told her as a result of the bad shock my car hit a guard rail. I was then told the part was on a back order for two weeks and I needed to come pick up my car and bring it back when the part comes in. I once again expressed my concern about driving the car especially since the vibrating incident and she replied the mechanic said it was safe to drive. How can a mechanic say this when it's common knowledge it dangerous to drive with bad shocks.I requested a call from the owner of the delalershipr, but of course, no response. Worst service I have ever received from a dealship.

In general, I like these guys and they appear to do good work. Where I have issues is they have recommended unnecessary service in the past which rubs me the wrong way. And I'm not sure if their multi-point inspection is very accurate. I have at times gotten service at other locations and when I go back to Acura, the continue to recommend the same service, even though I recently had it performed (like tire alignment, fluid replacements, etc.) I question whether they perform the inspection or just go off recommended service based on mileage. I'll continue going there for oil changes and such but will definitely get second opinions on their suggested services.Service: Oil change

If you are serious about your Acura, especially if you are like me and rack up the miles, look for Sal Gambitta to be your service advisor. Although, I will say my experience with Tom Maxfiekd and Alicia DeMarco have also been very good. But Sal is THE go to man.He fulfills his role to the fullest and has done am excellent job in making sure my vehicle is update to date on all of its maintenance needs. This includes not only a full price breakdown, but an easy-to-read reference for future work, and no up-selling me on work I don't need. I feel confident and satisfied in the work done here.Also, as I browsed for some items in the parts department, everyone was courteous and took the time to explain the parts I needed.

I've had a horrible experience from the first day I walked through the doors. I should have listened to my gut and never bought a car with them. They are not friendly people here. I've had a handful of unpleasant experiences here all with different individuals. After deciding to purchase a 2019 Acura, I had a sensory issue and my car stopped on its own as if someone pulled the E break while I was driving. This happened twice back to back. I flew forward and hit my head on the rear view mirror causing it to break and crack my windshield. I also pay an $80 warranty monthly incase interior issues arise. Acura stated that they find no " issues" with my car and refuse to fix my mirror. not only am I terrified to drive the car again but they refuse to fix the interior damages. PSA: if you want to purchase an Acura, please go somewhere else.

I always go to this shop and they always have an excuse to solve problems in the time required, my first problem was a transmission that had to be changed under the warranty, that job took about a month and they waited for the car to leave me dead and had to be towed.now I went there to change tires and fix a rim(cosmetic job) and told me for next day was going to be ready, the car its there for 6 Days and having me back and forth to the shop.also when they not have a response to your problem they stopped picking the phone. ALSO, Parts department have a price online the another in person and when you go there and ask for the Internet price and they don't want to do it and told me to buy online and pay the shipping that is $170 extra and I live in Yonkers. they don't have the option to pick up the parts and avoid the extra charge of shipping.you guys needs to be more professional and respect the customer time!

Horrible experience!!José crespo screwed me and my wife over to help himself and not us and blamed my bad credit, ok my credit is bad I went with a down payment and was credit shamed from the start. Starts off by telling me not to run my credit because I'll be doing myself a disservice by doing so, to then turn around my credit 2 times. Then pressure me to get a co signer in which I get my wife who has fair credit and had taken out a school loan within the past 5 years and paid it off fully, so after convincing her to help me he gets her on the phone and asked her the questions he needed to know enough for him to know as an experienced sales rep that it was going to be denied even with her credit standings. Instead he moves forward and runs her fair credit and brought down her by 40 points plus and mind you she was hesitant to put her info but listening to Jose and his greed to grab commission or meet his daily sales quota, now brought her down and ruined whatever confidence she had to help build with me as he explained to both of us. I spoke to him saturday 6 hours into the process and he unprofessionally brushed me off the phone and told me that he was rocking and was helping other people Im guessing a better customer to help himself while he ran my credit 2 times with the same bank that denied without the co sign. Something is not right because we all know plenty of family and friends who have been approved with a co sign of a person with no credit history and with accounts in collections, again he blames poor credit and tells me over the phone that my best option is to pay cash because if he couldn't get us approved then no one else could !!! All of his responses and lack of communication only reflects on his training and unprofessionalism, I was nothing but respectful and good customer from our first interaction. Let me not forget to mention that when he saw me pull out 3k in cash from my bag his eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas and said money makes him nervous because all he thinks is tip when he sees cash, now it all makes sense I didn't tip him so yeah silly me I didn't know that was part of a car purchase obligation if I want to get approved with bad credit with a co sign. Very unethical way to do business with someone who's looking to do business with a luxury brand, would have this happened in curry Acura ??? Was I not westchester material, he even commented on my clothing brands he noticed I had Gucci on again I guess because he wasn't tipped in cash he didn't work to his full potential due his own words I see cash I think tip! Here's a real tip José Crespo , you have to EARN the tip first sir I shouldn't have to wet your palm for you to push a sale and then later give you a higher gratuity for you doing your job !!! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else it's crazy , think about how many hardworking people he's further damaged an already bad credit history with forceful misleading sales methods !!! I can't speak on his co workers but as far as he goes if you're reading this stay away from Jose !!! If my credit was bad he just ran it to very poor and my wife's good credit to fair ,,, José crespo should be terminated ASAP for these practices unless Danny G trains his staff to this !!!!
