Poor service, was absolutely confused trying to find the parts department. Walked on sales floor and was completely ignored by staff except for one employee in the back who was polite and helpful. The parts department guy looked like he was drowning in boxes, overworked and not sure what he was doing. Was told my order had not been paid despite pending charge on card used when ordering online and was charged again on a separate card. Was guaranteed I would not be charged twice. Next day I was charged on the original payment method. Called in to resolve issue and the employee on the phone immediately put me on hold and kept me on hold for over an hour and never returned to the phone. So now i have to dispute with my bank. I was planning on finishing a engine build with parts from here and previously discussed purchasing a vehicle from here in the spring but after this horrible experience my first and only time coming here I will not be coming again. Please do better.

If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. The staff is unprofessional and rude, they don’t listen to your concerns, they’re shady in how they conduct business. When I was buying my car, everyone was great, they returned my calls quickly, and never had an attitude. Once you buy the car, you might as well never try to contact them again. I wanted to have the sunroof button fixed and was told it wasn’t covered by my extended warranty that costs $125/month? I tried calling to cancel my extended warranty back in 2022. I got the runaround for days and I had to call almost 10 times in a row with no response and it was only when I used a different phone to call from, they answered on the first ring. They purposefully ignored my calls, and now trying to contact them again a year later to confirm that my warranty has been canceled, I’m again met with attitude and hung up on and told someone will “call me back”. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. This dealership is not worth the time and stress you have to go through. It’s a scam, and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I'll start by saying, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. What should be an exciting time, turned into a nightmare. My story, willing to trade in my 2019 ILX 19,500k miles (actually a little less). Called to do everything over the phone so I don't spend tons of hours (which I don't have) at the dealership. Agreed to a car I was sent a video of, on the word of my salesman. After credit was ran, I was approved and agreed to the amount or payment...... the cars interior was a different color!!! The old bait and switch. And all i got was a " its an honest mistake", Well sir, if the salesman looked at the actual vehicle he was offering me, instead of rushing through, he would've seen the difference and i would'vesaid no and moved on. Or my over favorite phrase that was told to me, "your not obligated to purchase from us". Well, yes sir I am, since you already ran my credit. They did provide a few upgrades, but at a higer cost, not free. Next tilme I'll be sure to review the dealership before committing. On a positive note, Zack from financial services is awesome. He is patient and professional, Actually listens and doesn't dismiss you.Thanks Zack!

Just picked up my new car today. I got the TLX a spec. I’ve purchased so many cars in the past. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Everyone was friendly. The deal went through in a matter of minutes Mike was my sales rep. He was phenomenal to work with. The manager there was really nice to work with as well. He help me move the deal along.

Acura and westchester is a horrible place to purchase a motor vehicle and have vehicles service. I brought my 2002 RSX type S to this place on Central Avenue. Upon entering the building I was immediately harassed by store staff right now being told that I should trade my car in for a brand new one. I originally brought the car in to be serviced on so that they can look at my brakes. Not even five minutes into the mechanics looking at my vehicle was I told that my brake calipers were seizing and that I needed to immediately replace the brake calipers with aftermarket or OEM, which would cost thousands of dollars. I was charged $600 for a multiple point inspection to which I was told would be completely free. I’ve been brought it to my old mechanic who not only assured me that the problem was limited to an old hose, but also replaced the old hose, and now the car began to work perfectly fine. After resolving this issue, I contacted Acura of Westchester and was refunded my $600 that I was charged for. Absolutely no reason I do not suggest visiting this place at all based on the way that they treat their customers just for walking in for service I can only imagine how bad they treat people when they come in to buy an $80,000+ car. again, I cannot stress this enough. The people here are money hungry pieces of garbage. Especially ping make sure you watch out for the mechanic named ping that guy is a lying piece of garbage.

The sales staff at Westchester Acura have always been friendly and accommodating, but they are salespeople, I expect that. This was my first interaction with their maintenance department. I found the people there equally friendly and accommodating. Great service as well.

The sales person at Acura- Justin, was very resistant to selling me an RDX. He was adamant about putting me in a TLX after I explained to him that if I wanted a sedan I would stay with Honda since I’ve been a loyal customer with them for the last 7 years. After I told him that I didn’t want the TLX, he told me the “RDX” was too much car for a woman like me ?. Not only that, the Finance manager then wanted to force me to leave a $500 deposit just to run my credit! Since I decided to put NoThInG down. ?I’ve been buying cars since I was 18. I am 32, been employed with NYC for 8 years. I have OK credit and NEVER been treated with so much disregard at a dealership.Those people especially the manager, are very bias! Good luck

I had a phenomenal experience and left with a beautiful new Integra, the car of my dreams! Really enjoyed working with Justin (sales) and Michelle (F&I). Highly recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a new/used Acura. I love the no-nonsense pricing and no-pressure sales attitude.

THis is to express to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the 2019 Acura ILX I purchased from the Larchmont dealership approximately 1 year ago.I have been back a minium three times with issues with the car, such as shocks, wheel alignment and a constantly falling off spoiler on the driver's side of the car. My latest experience with the dealership was completely unacceptable. I called Monday, May 15 and told them the car was making noise again and thought it could be the shocks. I also noted I was not comfortable driving it. The earliest I could get a loaner car wasMay 23, which I understood and, so I limited my driving. On Friday May 19 I was going around a curve on a side street and the car started to vibrate and, as a result, the passenger side of the car went up against the guard rail and caused extensive damage. When I brought the car in, I told the service person I believe the shock was bad, and my conclusion was correct. I told her as a result of the bad shock my car hit a guard rail. I was then told the part was on a back order for two weeks and I needed to come pick up my car and bring it back when the part comes in. I once again expressed my concern about driving the car especially since the vibrating incident and she replied the mechanic said it was safe to drive. How can a mechanic say this when it's common knowledge it dangerous to drive with bad shocks.I requested a call from the owner of the delalershipr, but of course, no response. Worst service I have ever received from a dealship.

When I dropped my vehicle off at 730 am staff was prompt and friendly. I needed a shuttle ride unexpectedly and it was no problem. I was informed once the diagnosis was completed and was able to pick up the vehicle the same day. Aleisha and Carlo where both very pleasant and helpful.

I absolutely recommend this place! And I recommend looking for Andre Phillip Santana, he is the best, worked so hard to get me the best deal and even helped me with things that weren’t part of his job! He really goes out of his way to help in any way possible! I’ve been an acura costumer for 12 years now and I have nothing to complain about the others but Andre really treat his costumers like family!!!! Thank you Andre!!!!
