They are a very easy dealership to deal with. Thiago! I really enjoyed my buying experience. He put me in the car of my choice . James is there service rep. He's been very nice & helpful with meeting my schedule. So far they're nothing like Bedford Jeep was. I'm enjoying this purchase.

Thank you so much "Dealer M" for your educating response.First, my name is not John.Second, I do not have a wife named Maria. Third, take down my last name from here, immediately. Otherwise, I will report this comment and have it removed.Your math is incorrect on the elapsed mileage from now since purchase. Your record-keeping is sub-par, as if your professionalism. This reflects wonderfully on your case. We can argue all day on a thread, but the punchline is that I was sold a vehicle that was in an accident, from your dealership, without ANY notice of the vehicle's compromised condition. If you want to talk accumulated expenses, call me with some real accounting documents. In the meantime, explain to me how I was sold a faulty vehicle, that could not be fixed by the dealership that sold it to me, over the course of 46k miles. Please explain this to me with logic. It is worth elucidating that my vehicle was not "repaired on my previous visits" if it took several times to bring the car in for repair on the same issue, was not fixed, and the issue still remains. Indeed the warranty is over, but look at how many times the service department was given the opportunity to fix the same issue while the warranty was still valid. If you speak truthfully and actually look at the documentation, I was asked to pay an additional $600 after the warranty terminated to "further investigate" the issues with my shocks that existed since the day of purchase. How does that validate your comment that the vehicle was fixed when it left your shop? Lastly, it should be evident in the notes of your service team that the issue remains unfixed, hence why further investigation is needed. Enough with this. Pick up the phone and call me.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Thiago, my sales person, was honest, upfront, kind, and well mannered. Oliver, the finance manager, worked hard to get a deal that I would be comfortable with. I am so happy that I went to this dealership. I was looking into getting a used car, but ended up with a great deal on a new 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. If you are in the market for a car, please do yourself a favor and go here. Oh, and remember to ask for Thiago and Oliver, the gems of the dealership!

Disappointed with two experiences with this dealer. Attempted a while back to schedule service with this dealer and they wrote my number down and promised me a call back, never got the call and figured it got lost and mistakes happen.My 20 Giulia QV broke down and I had Alfa Roadside tow it to my nearest dealer which was Larchmont. They rejected the vehicle stating they never approved it to come and they didn't have time for it. Awful how an "Up-Scale" Franchised dealer doesn't have time for a top trim year old vehicle. I guess unless you purchase from them they don't want your car there.Thankfully another dealer took my vehicle in without problems and Alfa Roadside took it up there.

Getting your car serviced should be a much more easier and satisfying experience. I was told there is no loaner cars and a longer wait time then I would like. We could do better here.

Out of all the dealerships that I went to, Thiago DeLima was the most attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Mike and Thiago were able to give me a decent deal (at the time) for my Stelvio TI.Even though I moved, Thiago doesn't hesitate to answer any questions that I have, and/or reach out to a party that may know the specifics.As for the car, it's been exceptional. The handling, balance, and space is what sold me.Hope everyone is doing well, and staying safe at Alfa Romeo of Larchmont. I send my best.

Was solicited by Thiago through the internet reaching out time regarding incentives available Alfa Romeo was promoting.One of which was the dealership taking over a lease we had on our present car.I was quite upfront regarding the fact that my lease was an Elantra with very low mileage, but it was an Elantra. I said I am sure your dealership would not be interested in that trade in. He assured me there were deals with that as well. When we drove up to Larchmont, Thiago did not offer to show us the various models, was not interested in a trade in as he said this is Larchmont and we sell high end cars. Then why was the story different? Why waste my time. We never got any further than thatWorst experience.

The absolute WORST experience with this dealership. The sales rep was completely unknowledgeable about different packages and could care less about it. Asked to speak to the manager who came to the phone who was more clueless and rude and stated he just started their 2 weeks ago and that's why he didn't know the cars! That's your job to MANAGE the car dealership! So he abruptly hung up because he couldn't I guess basic questions. I called parent company to let the owner/Gm know about my experience and never received a call back so I called again and after being placed on hold and 7 different people picking up a woman identified herself as a partner finally answered. She right away seemed off and as if she was clueless about her surroundings. I explained in detail the circumstance and defended the workers! I have the calls recorded including the one with this woman and will be placing it on YouTube and all social media so people can hear first hand how they handle customer issues.I hope this place loses business from my reviews and people do NOT support this dealership!

I have been buying and leasing cars for over 40 years. I just picked up my 2021 Monte Carlo Blue Giulia and I had the best experience ever with my salesman, Thiago DeLima. He was extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure; he was honest and kept his word with respect to delivery day and time for me to pick up my new car. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

Best car shopping experience ever! Leased a Stelvio Ti two weeks ago and I love it. Thiago, my salesperson, was excellent -- very knowledgeable and patient showing me all the car's features. No pressure or games from either Thiago or Michael. Highly recommend this dealership and the Stelvio.

I got a new Alfa Romeo Guila from this team and loved the experience. I Was super impressed working with this team. Michael was very helpful, even through COVID issues limiting in person visits. The easiest purchase ever!!! I had such a wonderful experience working with the folks at Alfa Romeo of Larchmont. From start to finish, my sales associate Eric was fantastic. He further educated me on the vehicle that I was interested in and made sure that it was the right one for me. Never pushy or imposing, but informative. I felt very comfortable working with him. Eric is the real deal. He offered me all of the available incentives and he was no nonsense, which I respect. You’re definitely in good hands with him. Special shout out to Michael & Oliver as well. They were very helpful too! All great assets to the dealership.

From the moment I walked in the showroom I was treated with the respect and professionalism you would expect from a great car company. Mike Carazza the sales manager and Eric Nazarov my sales specialist and I do mean specialist, let me feel as though I was part of the family with no pressure and the answers to all my questions.This in fact was the second time I bought a new car from this dealership. The first time was in 2002 and just last week a new Giulia TI. When it came time to pick up the new vehicle Eric walked me through all the operating systems which can be overwhelming especially to someone my age, I was born in the first half of the last century. He made it understandable. My thanks
