Cannot express how amazing Prem is. He goes above and beyond to help you and makes you feel at ease while he does it. I have been to other ATT stores in the area and this is the best by far. Prem is not like other retailer, he treats you like a person and not another phone line.

Prem is the absolute best there is around. He addressed all my concerns when it came to switching service from tmobile and even qualified me for a discount through my job. I appreciate how thorough he was throughout the process. Could not recommend him enough. Great experience. Will be returning in the future.
