“My car cracked 75k miles and needed a general inspection + an inspection on belts/chains and fuel injectors which i was suspected was causing some sluggish acceleration. All the other shops in the area were either closed or slammed but Rob took me same day, and within hours had the car serviced. Car runs smoother now, service was outstanding and Rob is a knowledgeable, stand-up owner/mechanic. Honest mechanic makes all the difference, and with Robs Auto, that's what you'll get. 5 stars ⭐️”
“Had some minor bodywork down to replace a front bumper and dent for a Tacoma from a referral. I was a little intimidated at first because they seem to cater towards high end and exotic vehicles with what I saw was a Ferrari in the lot. Speaking with Fation, owner he reassured me that every client is important and after a 1.5 weeks, I got my vehicle repaired and looked great. Probably spoke to 4 different people in the process and all were super knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I can see why they have a ton of business and would recommend EAW to anyone. They were very confident and transparent about the results they were able to deliver, which I really appreciated. They didn't promise perfection, but said my car would be back to about 95%. They were even supportive when I mentioned going elsewhere for a quote & mentioned important questions to ask the other place. When I finally settled on Stretch, they were able to fit me in the same day. Within 2 hours, my baby girl was back to looking cute! She looked even better than I expected! You can tell how passionate the people who work there are about cars & taking care of their customers. I'll definitely be coming here for all my car needs!”

Alberto was authentically kind and thorough from the initial phone call to the post-work walkthrough. I also just received new plates and he was kind enough to change them out along with the detailing. The pricing, timeliness, and service were all at a level you would receive as if you were family.
As someone who traveled from Brooklyn for Alberto's services, I will 100% be trekking out again to use his services. FYI if you do need to come from somewhere a bit out of the way, the LIRR stop is right by Final Inspection to use as another mode of transportation after the drop-off.

“I just went to Merlo's Auto Detailing this morning. I came in because another car dinged my door and some paint transferred from the other car over to mine. I didn't realize I was supposed to schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment, I was taken care of and the paint was removed quickly. Not only was the job 100% perfect, but also the service to take me in as a walk in (which he didn't have to) was amazing. I will definitely get my car detailed here in the future. Of course, I will schedule an appointment in advance next time! Thank you!”
