“My car cracked 75k miles and needed a general inspection + an inspection on belts/chains and fuel injectors which i was suspected was causing some sluggish acceleration. All the other shops in the area were either closed or slammed but Rob took me same day, and within hours had the car serviced. “I just went to Merlo's Auto Detailing this morning. I came in because another car dinged my door and some paint transferred from the other car over to mine. I didn't realize I was supposed to schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment, I was taken care of and the paint was removed quickly. Not only was the job 100% perfect, but also the service to take me in as a walk in (which he didn't have to) was amazing. I will definitely get my car detailed here in the future. Of course, I will schedule an appointment in advance next time! Thank you!”
