This Chase bank is so unprofessional to the fullest. I'll be coming by twice a month to make deposit and from my recent experience on Thursday, there was to be a long line that only two tellers handling the service. Whereas I've witness the management and other staff laughing and gossiping as Chase Bank is not important. They were looking at every single customer in line and did not have have the dignity to offer help to its value customers or their tellers. What kind of team leader ethic do they offer, so disappointed at this location.

The 101 North Larchmont Blvd. branch of Chase is simply fantastic. I do not understand how other reviews could be less than five stars. The current branch manager, Jose Lopez, has developed a highly qualified and dedicated staff and a great place to bank Mr. Lopez interrupted his scheduled efforts to meet with me, carefully listened to my needs, and introduced me to one of his bank officers, Jordan McDaniel. Jordan McDaniel, an exceptional bank officer, is a rare combination of banking knowledge and customer service delivered with genuine care and consideration With Mr. McDaniel's assistance I was able to clearly understand all my banking options and, with his guidance and thoughtful follow through, I was able to achieve all I wanted to achieve in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this bank, this branch office, Mr. Lopez and Mr. McDaniel and the banking experience they have developed to anyone. It is apleasure to write this review for people so deserving. Bozena P.

Poor service! only have to banker on Tuesday and they have no parking at all. I have to walk almost 2 blocks from somewhere that I can parked my car. It's street parking but Larchmont Blvd is always busy. Don't come to do business here at all

Wish I could give a review about on just an employee, joana, whose job is to help out with business accounts. Unfortunately she only cares about selling products and not help the costumer with their needs. I needed to add a signer to my account and she offered to help, as soon as she realized my signer didn't have a social security she rushed us out of the bank claiming she couldn't help, even though we offered the signer's ITIN number, claimed. she had other clients to go to. She picked up her belongings so as to keep up her charade, but never left the bank. This is not the first time we've tried to do business with her, and one of my associates didn't have their social but an ITIN instead, however that time she didn't even bother turning on her computer, she simply told us she couldn't help, however on a different day a different banker took care of the matter. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but the second broke the camel's back. Joana does not care about the costumer.

Anyone leaving a bad review of this bank hasn't stood in the long line across the street at Bank of America. I love this Larchmont Chase branch! There is never a line and always several knowledgeable tellers on duty to handle any transaction you may need to go into the bank for, all the important stuff. ;)

I never experienced a problem In my ten years of banking with chase till depositing a check at this bank. April 28th I made a deposit expected 1-5 business days to clear... the date today is 8/12/20 chase still holds the money from a check that cleared, closed my account, sent a check that wasn't the total amount owed and refuses to offer a pandemic option. If they close your account chase will keep your money for 2 years while you chase the rabbit

I've gotten decent and good customer service here. The bad review is for their outdated ATM machines. Honestly this is one of the most Affluent parts of town and their bank doesn't reflect it at all. Try to deposit cash into those machines and it can never do it properly. The machine gives you some Or most your money back, because it's pathetic and can't read real cash. Please get new atm machines. TERRIBLE!

If I could give CHASE minus 5 stars I would. Worst bank on the planet with a thieving CEO who wishes to run for office in the democratic ticket. Watch out. He's after your money.

Worst service. Slow. Had to wait here for 30mins just to wait to have someone add my name to my partners account. When I asked why it would take so long, the teller said I could talk to a mortgage lender but that's it. Wow. Just wow.

Bad service. Employees are more busy to get out there job than customers. Very "Irresponsibility" the word they are using as a result is come back tomorrow becuase there system is some how not working. I dedicate this message to Latin lady employees.

The worst customer service, I've been waiting for a hour at bank on Crenshaw and coliseum. What a racist bank to black people, when I go to the bank in a white area, there's no problem. Will look for a service minded bank in the future.

Highly under staffed. I needed to see a banker, I signed in and instead of taking care of me when it was my turn, she decided to help another customer that walked after me who didn't even have an appointment. All I needed was a simple matter which would only take 2 minutes. I ended up waiting over half an hour and missed my appointment down the street. When I was finally helped, they could not provide me with the simple service that I was provided in the past both at the location and my home location in Oakland. Terrible discriminative treatment. Just plain disgusting

The chase bank of Larchmont! Pros: good corner location and easy to access from Larchmont. Conveniant location and friendly staff are the pros of this location. Cons: long lines and no dedicated parking spots are two major negatives of this branch. I often find myself visiting during a lunch break of one of the tellers and you will have 4-5 people in line and one teller. On the flip side there has also been a few times with 3 tellers but for some reason it often seems to be not enough for the amount of visitors. I also like the complementary coffee concept but often find the coffee to be cold, believe it should be changed more frequently. Novelty: nice location and friendly staff met with long line.

There are live tellers, rare in this day and age! Usually I see just ATMs everywhere. They have Chase Private client, but I don't have enough funds to be a member.
