Was getting ready for lease turn in for a long-time friend that is not mobile at this time, called Chrysler and they wanted to see Power of Attorney. Really?Called the dealer, they said just drop the car off at your leisure and we'll take care of the rest.Very, very, business smart, courteous, and professional.If I lived in NY, I'd be shopping here.

Great service on our 2013 Fiat 500 so far- reliable and good communicators. Hopefully they will be as knowledgeable when the new 500e’s come out in 2024…Update: the service has gone from ok to miserable- every time we dropped our vehicle for service it took them several days for routine work.Thinking again about purchasing a new vehicle from them, especially when the electric 500‘s are coming out.So sorry!

Thank you so much "Dealer M" for your educating response.First, my name is not John.Second, I do not have a wife named Maria. Third, take down my last name from here, immediately. Otherwise, I will report this comment and have it removed.Your math is incorrect on the elapsed mileage from now since purchase. Your record-keeping is sub-par, as if your professionalism. This reflects wonderfully on your case. We can argue all day on a thread, but the punchline is that I was sold a vehicle that was in an accident, from your dealership, without ANY notice of the vehicle's compromised condition. If you want to talk accumulated expenses, call me with some real accounting documents. In the meantime, explain to me how I was sold a faulty vehicle, that could not be fixed by the dealership that sold it to me, over the course of 46k miles. Please explain this to me with logic. It is worth elucidating that my vehicle was not "repaired on my previous visits" if it took several times to bring the car in for repair on the same issue, was not fixed, and the issue still remains. Indeed the warranty is over, but look at how many times the service department was given the opportunity to fix the same issue while the warranty was still valid. If you speak truthfully and actually look at the documentation, I was asked to pay an additional $600 after the warranty terminated to "further investigate" the issues with my shocks that existed since the day of purchase. How does that validate your comment that the vehicle was fixed when it left your shop? Lastly, it should be evident in the notes of your service team that the issue remains unfixed, hence why further investigation is needed. Enough with this. Pick up the phone and call me.

Just called to get a price on an oil change for my vehicle. The woman I spoke with said the person who knows that information won't be in until tomorrow. All I needed was a number and there was apparently only one person that knows Fiat information.

We've bought four cars from Alfa Romeo Fiat Of Larchmont since Fiat came back to the country in 2011. Always great, personable service from this family run dealership. They are true Fiat and Alfa Romeo enthusiasts and supporters of the brand. They really know and understand these cars. You owe it to yourself to visit and see for yourself.

My 16 year old daughter bought a 2012 Fiat and we have requested the service department to call us on parts that only Fiat can provide. We are always told that someone would call back from the service department but we never get a call. We both have called numerous times. Highly disappointed as we have tried to get this fix by our mechanic but only Fiat can provide these parts. Her first and only car with Fiat.

Thiago was very personable, polite, and put with my many antics on delivery day for my Stelvio! Oliver jumped in on the assist for the financials, making that a breeze to get through. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend Fiat of Larchmont. Keep up the great work!

Thiago and Oliver were the best at helping us secure the right Fiat and the right financing for our family. We love our new Fiat 500x and really enjoyed hearing the history of this long standing Fiat dealership which has a history dating back to 1961! We highly recommend using Fiat of Larchmont!

I popped in after brunch at a nearby place and ended up leaving with a new Alfa Romeo. It's small enough to provide attention to each buyer, but has a substantial inventory. Delivery of the new vehicle was lengthy and I feel I got a reasonably good deal. I have since used the service department for normal car and I'm always pleased with the result.

Just finished my oilchange and tire rotation for the first time with them. Very pleased with the duration of service. Joe was definitely busy but very helpful with questions that I asked. They are an hour away from me but well worth it.

Had an interesting experience when I went a few weeks ago after the storm we had with the dealership having no internet and working phones, but it was still a great experience. Thiago was a great salesman to work with and the team at fiat of Larchmont were great with getting me into my first Fiat Abarth! Highly recommend very professional. Thank you again Thiago for reaching out to me about the car when it came in. It is such a fun car driving around, trust me mods will be coming soon!
