I want to share my thoughts about Merlos, the owner Hector is a true professional and a caring businessman. He treats your property with respect and is very detailed when cleaning your car inside or just out. I brought my wife’s care to clean the inside only and he left it immaculate. My wife is very picky and she was very happy with the job Hector did. Hector did such a great job that I decided to bring my car, which was very dirty inside and out. When he was finished, I couldn’t believe how beautiful my car looked. I sent pictures to my friends and family to show them how beautiful my car came out. I just want to commend Hector for such a great job and if anybody out there wants their car to be done right this is the place to bring your car to be cleaned.Services: Auto detailing

The staff makes every effort to get the car clean. They are super conscientious. I've been there when its been busy and also not so busy and the service is stellar every time.

Merlos responded promptly over yelp and was able to detail my filthy car same day. He walked me through everything he did, and the few spots that he wasn't able to clean out. The final cost was exactly what he quoted. 10/10 would go to Merlos again - they were fantastic!

I just had our car exterior detailed this morning. We had been looking for a place in the New Rochelle area for a while now and Merlos went above and beyond to get the job done today! The work was exceptional, the attention to detail immaculate, and they were the first to successfully remove some old paint damage from many years ago. I've already set up an appointment to have the interior detailed as well, I cannot recommend their service enough. For $125, the detail and care make it very worth it. I look forward to having the exterior done again as needed and will be making Merlos our go to for cleaning and detailing.

The carpet don't seem to be very clean. There's a lot of fuzz and crumbs in the back. He didn't pull down the armrest in the back and there was a package of rotten carrots and all the juice dried on. He's a very pleasant fellow and the rest of the car is beautiful

I wanted a place to bring my car that did hand washing that wasn't outrageous for my little car. They responded to me via Yelp and I was very excited as they had available time when I was also available.Very easy to communicate with and super responsive as well!I went to my appointment promptly at 10 am and was taken right in. Everyone was super nice. My car was so shiny and clean after. I just did the external wash bc I keep my car so clean on the inside (I vacuum it every couple days.) the total cost for my car was $20 plus tip. It was so quick and so good. They even blew air to get the pesky water that remains that drips after. Plus the tire shine had me all sparkly.Will definitely be back!

Unbelievable. I needed to get my car detailed as soon as possible. I walked in and Hector fit me in the very next day. I dropped it off told him what I needed and 3 hours later my car was done. It literally looks brand new. He cleaned every inch of the car to a mirror finish. I've never used him before but I will 100% be coming back and recommending him to anyone who needs a detailing. What a treat this place is.

This place is amazing. They treat your vehicle with extreme care and prices are reasonable. So much so that you have to make an appointment in advance but they are worth it.
