Broke the glass on my McKnight lithograph. The litho is only worth $400, so didn't want to break the bank getting new glass put in. Called the art shop in downtown White Plains and called Larchmont Art to get an indication of price. Everybody says the place in White Plains is expensive for framing work which is consistent with the price I was given. Spoke to Bill at Larchmont Art over the phone, and not only was the price better, but Bill was friendly and forthcoming. I knew I wanted museum glass because I hang this piece in a sunny room. I drove my piece to the shop, where they were polite and friendly. They pointed out that I didn't have acid free backing behind my print, and replaced it for me, put new paper on the back of my frame to seal it, and even added a couple of rubber bumpers on the back to keep the frame from rubbing the wall. The job was done on one day, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Great framers and honest pricing. They don't try to overcharge for services. I bring all my art to them to be framed.

Strange place. Have had a few things framed there. But often awkward encounters with the owners. Not particularly client-friendly. Found a much more knowledgeable and friendlier place in Rye.

I'm in love with this frame store and art gallery!! They're the most professional art store I have encountered and I am more than pleased with the outcome of everything. I had my artwork framed and mailed to my home since I'm in Queens and its too far for me to drive to Larchmont. When the package arrived and I opened it, it was packaged with perfection. There was no chance of anything being damaged at all. They really took the time and effort to go the extra mile with everything and I am so happy. If anyone is looking for a great frame job and impeccable service, I definitely recommend this place!

I love Larchmont Art, they really take the time to help you pick the right frame and they always do a wonderful job! Prices are fair as well.

I originally had sort of a vague review, until I actually tried getting my painting fixed (fell off wall In the middle of the night) they said that they could fix it in about a week or so. The lady said they have been here for 20 years!

Palmer Art reinforces the "why" in "shop local." They take the time to understand the purpose, recipient style and where the item will be hung before recommending the perfect frame and matting. And without overselling. I don't think I've ever made such a quick design choice. They stand by their product and service too. When the frame came in with a flaw, Carlos personally sourced a replacement out of state, drove to get it, reframed the item and brought it to our home that evening before a deadline we had. It was framed beautifully as well. BTW, the correct address is 141 Larchmont Ave, near Boston Post Road.
