We worked with Bud for several years until Helen took over management. Helen reached out to us about a painting we had in storage that Bud was holding for us. We were under the impression that she was going to help us get is shipped finally, as it is very large. For 3 YEARS we have politely been inquiring about the status of shipment. Helen gave us several different excuses for why the painting had not been shipped, pricing change, very heavy and large, needs a different box, etc., however we were more than willing to comply, having it crated, buying a bigger box, or even using a different shipper, we just wanted shipment of the painting. Then Helen told us that there was a flood "a while back" and it damaged our painting with mold so it was thrown out. $$$$$ in the trash with no notice or explanation to us.

Update: Due to the new staff additions, I may be taking my business elsewhere, unfortunately. Whenever you call them now a guy answers who makes you feel like you're bothering him and I'm not sure what his name is but he sort of sounds like he thinks he's in the mob or something. It was great while it lasted, but I'm not going to feel negativity every time I go to pick up my mail. Helen is the Stand out! She's great! 5 to 3 stars.These guys are great, I decided to renew my mailbox for another year for a great rate. And this mailbox doesn't just include getting mail it also includes them receiving your packages for you safely and securely avoiding porch thieves. Not only that it seems to in my area at least help the mailman find where you are and actually get the packages to you and not in the building next to you. Highly recommend this place everybody's super nice and they have a notary on site a package stuff up for you so get your packages for you they'll do all kinds of stuff for you great place. Private mailboxes are underrated.

Employee said I needed commercial invoice. Store and DGL say I don’t. Employee insists. I call store to get invoice and have it emailed. Employee then says he is going to charge $2 to print the one page invoice. Awful service and rude employee (owner?). Go somewhere else to do business…

Don't have pictures but this is and will remain my one stop for all things Fax and mailing. The staff is Old school professional and so personable. Anything you can think of re mail/packaging is here. They actually *answer their phone and are capable of forming full sentences*. Excellent customer care.

Absolutely the worst service and an attitude to boot!All I ever asked them to do was collect my mail and boxes and forward them to me in Canada.These people are incompetent!So far I requested my last package to be forwarded two times. It hasn’t been, yet they charged me $25 for forwarding it!

I used to love PDQ--wouldn't go anywhere else. But the last three times I've gone, there's been no parking. All 3 times, a car was taking up two spaces. Not going back for awhile; too frustrating.

I had a great experience today with this fieldprint store as they were very fast getting the work done, less than 5mn, multitasking with the number of customers. That’s was impressive!!! 1 of the staff member named Michael helped me to proceed. Michael is very efficient, professional, respectful, & helpful. The other staff member & manager were also very respectful, professional, efficient & helpful.I highly recommend this store for all services!!!??Thank you so much!!!?

Terrible experience, please do not use this service. I went to PDQ to deliver a package and I paid in full for that service to PDQ. Not only they did not deliver the package to its destination, it came back to me without notice. As they do not want to refund me, they are forcing me to send the package anyway, without guarantee of delivery.The person at the desk and answering the phone should not be working in customer service in any capacity. I went to their office to understand what went wrong, and they were deliberately disrespectful, calling me names and hung up the phone when I called.The way they handled the situation was beyond unprofessional. I feel they mistreated me based on the color of my skin and gender.

Small local shop that is very helpful and has UPS, FedEx and USPS services for shipping packages. Also has packing supplies.
