Customer service was just disappointing. Scheduled an appointment for my dogs grooming for 12:00pm. Got there early and the groomer wasn't even ready for my appointment. They asked all the questions about how my dog behaves during the bathing and never asked or said anything about his crating manners. 30 mins later I get a call talking about they can't do the grooming because he keeps getting out the crate and barking etc... imagine charging someone $141.00 to Bathe and Groom their dog but you're complaining and claiming you cannot do the job because the dog is not behaving in the crate. To top it off, when I went to get my dog the lady talking about I can reschedule his appointment... if you couldn't do the job today what in the world makes you think you can do it another day. Then ends the conversation with well you should do training. The complete lack of proper customer service is just disgusting & Petco will forever lose my business. If I could give negative stars I would!

I tried to return food that I had just opened. The food made my dog violently ill and had to go overnight to a hospital which I showed the receipt of to the cashier. To my surprise Petco would not issue a refund because I didn't have the label for the food. I am a Vital care member with all my information and purchases on file but that wasn't enough. There was absolutely no concern shown for my pet and was told to have a "nice day" but n an extremely sarcastic way when I left the food on the counter for her to dispose of. Needless to say I have cancelled my Vital Care membership and will never return to Petco in Larchmont. The least a company called 'Pet'co could have shown the tiniest amount of concern for my pet.

I showed up at 8:15am for my appointment, but the PetCo was not able to open until 9:50am because no one has the key to open the store. I learned that this is not the first time this happen at this location. I was not able to get a bath and cut as scheduled.

The price of grooming keeps growing and growing and the final price is outrageous! I paid $175 for one grooming service for Max, which almost doubled the price of our prior visit!! When I first drop off Max, the stylist, told me Max’s hair is matted and needs a lot of Swiss cut. So she added 3 session cut service to my bill($15 each). I agreed to it. So when I leave the shop, the bill was around $125, which is high but still within normal price range. So I am OK with it.However, when I returned to Petco to pick Max up, the stylist told me Max turned out needed more scissor cuts than she thought, and she added ANOTHER 2 charge items to my bill. The final bill was around $160!!! After tax and a tip, I paid $175 for ONE hair cut for Max.I have never seen such a big bill for Max ‘a hair cut before. He comes with similar hair condition every time and no prior stylists has charged me this much. I am very unhappy before the price is high, and Kacie keeps adding to my bill even after we had an agreed price. Very bad pricing policy. When I booked the appointment, your website told me it is only around $80! How ridiculous. Plus: I just checked my petco app, and it shows the last visit price was only $125. NOT true. I paid $175.

Alex groomed my Giant Schnauzer which is not an easy job, they were professional and extremely diligent. His cut turned out great and was exactly what we asked for. He did an amazing job, highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience in the groomer. They moved my appointment and I didn't realize because I had a very busy day. When I was on my way I realized about that they moved my appointment 2 hours before my schedule. At the time of my appointment they didn't have spot for my dog because they did what they want. After that I schedule an a new appointment online and they canceled it. What a professional are them? Never happened that in others petco. I don't know why they don't respect the appointment that the people do online, they do whatever they want.

I made an appointment for a bath for my dog and drove 40 minutes out of my way to take him here. When I arrived they said they had called me multiple times to cancel my appointment but I had not gotten any calls. There was a guy still working but he refused to help me.

I give this place 4 stars for their awesome staff. Its a smaller Petco with not a lot of supply but the staff makes it. Jose is wonderful helped me out with my new adopted pup and I am grateful
