I have never looked forward to a service appointment … until going to Porsche Larchmont. Jenna is so friendly and helpful in all she does. Elliot and Ryan could not be more thorough in understanding any issues with a car, nor could they be better at explaining what is being done. The technicians are wizards. The Porsche loaners are brand new, always clean, always ready to go. Even the waiting area is so comfortable I’d love to spend the afternoon there! I could not be happier with the whole experience. Amazing how their approach makes such a HUGE difference.

I will NEVER bring my car to Porsche of Larchmont to be serviced or repaired again. I’ve brought my Macan there twice in the past 3 months and both times the customer service and communication have left a lot to be desired. They don’t call with updates or a status on what needs to be repaired and how much it’s going to cost, they don’t call to let you know when your car is ready (I’ve had to reach out first on both occasions), and they make repairs without consulting you first. So, if they’re going to charge outrageous prices, such as $500 for an oil change, then the least they can do is provide quality customer service.

The parts and service department here are great. I originally went in to order a car cover and a battery tender for my car. The parts department was very helpfull in explaining the different car covers types and their differences. They went as far as adjusting the price of the cover to resemble the price of a competing online Porsche parts dealer. As a result that save me on shipping and time. During that visit I scheduled my car first service. The following week I brought my 911 in for service. The service advisor Ryan Rodriguez was super helpfull. Very detailed in his explanation of how the services are performed and great at setting my expectations. He followed up throughout the day via text and quickly responded to my questions via text as well. At the end they offered me a hand car wash. My car left way better than when it came in. Thank you.Let me not forget while I was there I was able to enjoy looking at some of the beauties they have. GT3RS tribute and a beautiful yellow targa top.

Customer service is lacking in the service department. My car was supposed to be delivered back to me from a simple winter tire swap between 10-11am. I called and texted them when they were 1 hr behind and then 2 hr behind. No one returned my call or texts. Got my car back at 3:45pm. No consideration of their clients time and poor communication about delays.

I had serviced my vehicle for oil leak and paid $3700 for the repair. It seems the leak is still not fixed.I told the service team. They told me to drop by yesterday so they can check. I told I will need loaner. They mentioned they didn’t have one. But they said you come and atleast we will check it out. Once at the shop they took the car and Ryan came back later saying they don’t have people to look at it. It will be long wait. Either drop the car or schedule another appointment. This is disappointing. I came all the way from Briarcliff and had to go empty handed in middle of my work day.This service place also has poor record of returning calls of customer starting with Service Manager Dan. Left couple of messages none returned.

Brought in my Cayenne for a Y pipe cooling replacement. I was told that the car will be ready for the weekend, so I called on Friday to follow up and when to voice mail, left a voice mail with my info and call me back if we are still on schedule for Saturday nobody got back to me Monday comes I call again I leave another voicemail with my info. Nobody calls me Tuesday I call again. Nobody answers the phone voicemail. Same story Wednesday morning around 830. I receive a text message that my car is ready.I don’t mind the extra wait but the fact that no one called you back to communicate with you on the status of your vehicle I don’t like it at all. I rather have a delay on my car, but a perfect communication with my service department instead of no communication and delay on my car.

John Anthony was wonderful to work with. He was so professional and patient. There was a major delay in the delivery of my vehicle and he kept me informed every step of the way. He patiently sat with me upon delivery teaching me all the bells and whistles available in the new Cayenne.

I will start this absolutely horrific review by saying I previously had given Porsche of Larchmont a negative review about my experience but had taken it down after what I first thought was a rush to judgement and the possibility of being incorrect in my assessment. I now know I wasn't even close in what I needed to put into writing for potential customers to see. My car had overheated on July 13th. I had it towed to Porsche of Larchmont as opposed to my usual service center at Porsche of Danbury because of the location of where it overheated. After the car had sat there for a short time...I was told the engine would need to be pulled so that they could further diagnose the "engine problem". the cost to pull the engine would be around 5,000.00 to just diagnose the issue according to them. I was then given a cost to repair the issue which would run me about 10,000.00 total for the engine being removed and repairs. After another several weeks of waiting and my repeated attempts at calling them and leaving messages (none of which were ever returned), I finally called and refused to leave a message and stayed on hold until Ryan, who initially spoke to me, got on the phone and said that they never really pulled the engine, even though they said they needed to, and quoted me for repairs including the engine having already been pulled to diagnose the problem. He then said they "would really have to pull the engine now" and the cost to repair the car could be around 27,000.00. I never had an engine light come on...the car overheated and now I was being quoted 27000.00 more for repairs. I told them to put the car back together and I would have it towed to Porsche of Danbury. After having the car brought to Porsche after 6 weeks of ineffective care at Porsche of Larchmont, the water pump was replaced, and I was told the car was good to go. I drove it off the lot but heard something strange and returned it. They said they would take another look. I was headed out of town for two weeks and told them there was no rush in getting the car repaired( I only offer this information because Porsche of Larchmont is questioning the length of time for Danbury to do repairs even though Larchmont Porsche never fixed the car or returned calls for 6 weeks). When I returned, they called me and said the problem was that the repair work done at the Larchmont Porsche was done improperly and parts were put into the engine in reverse and that once Danbury repaired and replaced a defective part installed by the Larchmont location, the car is now in perfect running order. I will post the email from Porsche of Danbury at the bottom of this review. When I spoke to the service manager at Porsche of Larchmont over the past week...he questioned whether Porsche of Danbury was being forthright and denying the faulty work done by his own mechanic...he even said that if the parts he put in the car were defective...that they should be covered under warranty...completely ignoring the fact that work needed to be done to reinstall the non-defective parts that were installed improperly by his mechanic...only questioning whether the Danbury Porsche dealer was being honest. I now will be taking the Porsche of Larchmont dealership to small claims court to recoup all of the money they charged me at their location and the additional money charged by Porsche of Danbury to correct the faulty work performed by Larchmont...DO NOT GO HERE! Btw...I posted this review on another site and they responded...what they said goes contrary to all the evidence presented...they had no photos they provided...and the issue with the Danbury Porsche work is all for labor for the improper installation by the Larchmont dealer, not to mention that there was never an engine light and they supposedly had one. They don't even mention their absurd estimates they gave or the fact they never removed the motor although tried to charge me for such before getting caught and admitting they never did so. I would have responded there but had limited space there.Here is the email

I was really happy with my experience. The service was excellent. Even though I didn’t purchase the car through them, they were able to locate all of my warranty information and make the repair at no cost to me. The car was ready when they promised and washed. I would definitely use them again.

Where do I start hmm, my family and I are expecting so we decided it’s time to upgrade our current sq5 for something bigger and more sporty, my birthday is also around the corner and I’ve always Loved Porsche. We came to the dealership I did not have an appointment but why not just walk in as I was interested in looking at the Cayenne ? The receptionist was extremely nice. She said, I’ll get someone to help in a few minutes. Perhaps we didn’t look the part that this is my only assumption, but why would we ? we live in the neighborhood and just through some clothes on to come outside and look at cars. Regardless, we walked around the dealership my wife toddler and i for over 10 minutes. Several salesman passed us by looking extremely busy texting or whatever they were doing on their phones but pretended we didn’t exist. I stopped one of them to ask a question about the 2024 for cayenne. He answered my question, and then proceeded to bury his head in his phone again. After some time with no one acknowledging our presence , we decided to leave. We went over to the nearby Mercedes because we were also interested in the GLE. Immediately we were asked if we had an appointment we said no they offered coffee water and tea and told us someone will be with us shortly. Within 3 to 5 minutes we were approached by a salesman who introduced himself and willingly showed us around. This kind of service is unacceptable. Especially when you’re selling six-figure vehicles you never know who is going to walk into the door and you should treat everyone with the same level of respect.

Most dealers have really brought up their game in the Sales and especially the Service departments. Porsche Larchmont is a new level in Service…they go above the bar for sure. Two names that fit perfect and go hand in hand, Larchmont and Porsche. Jenna was awesome got me an appointment right away! When I arrived Elliott was spot on with attentive detail….in and out while waiting. Stop by and they have great coffee too!!☕️

The BEST customer service in Westchester! I am speaking from personal experiences as a consumer of multiple vehicles serviced specifically at the dealership’s service station. This place is it, you will start to feel at home whenever you bring your vehicle for any service here. Jenna will always get you on the schedule with a loaner set aside for you and the technicians there always get the work done in a timely manner. If there are any issues, they will be addressed and handled most appropriately and professionally. Bring your Porsche here!

I have a Porsche that I don't drive often (almost brand new). And thus it keeps failing the state inspection test. After failing the test twice I decided to let the dealer to handle it. However, the inspector at Porsche Larchmont has his licence expired. Thus the inspection can't be done. But the dealer claim the car should definitely pass the test next time after scanning the car for a while. Then I directly drive to another inspection station and only to find that the test is failed for the third time, same reason! This is a one star frustrating experience. But I would give them two stars for the delicious muffin and callback handling.

At Porsche of Larchmont I had a great experience. It was easy to book my appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted and my car taken for service. I was kept informed of the progress and car was returned efficiently and in great expected condition. Elisa was great!!
