Alex, in the print & marketing department services was top tier. I needed a poster board print for same day— but unfortunately the size I wanted didn’t allow for same day through the online site. When I arrived for just the poster— I asked Alex if there was always to add on a board today. And with no hesitation he took care of me. Andddd helped me save some money using my coupon. THANK YOU ALEX( with the cool red hair)

She answered all my questions and I was very confident and satisfied with my purchase. If you are buying a printer please let me suggest getting the 4 year warranty. Definitely worth it! I went there today and this girl named Sans was supposed to help me with a printer who I was told is the tech supervisor but she had me waiting around 25 minutes that instead someone else came by and helped me. I honestly think this girl is very unprofessional and does not help around the store. Just chatting it up with other workers and is very rude. Customers shouldn't have to wait so long for the tech supervisor to show up.

I had a last-minute printing request for work and initially went to another Staples location, but they couldn't complete my order on the same day. They informed me that it would be ready the next day at 3:00 PM, which didn’t work for me. Thankfully, I called the Staples in Larchmont and spoke with Alex. He was incredibly helpful and assured me that my posters would be ready the same day! His dedication to customer service made all the difference, and I truly appreciate his assistance. If you need printing services, I highly recommend visiting Alex at this location!

Went to Staples for a print job on 3/14 in the morning and the associate who assisted me was helpful in helping me to sort out what I needed. She invited me back to her computer to give me a preview to show there was an issue with how my PDF was saved, preventing me from printing it in the way I desired. She tried multiple ways to give me what I was requesting and when we exhausted all measures, she gave me instructions on what to bring back so she can try again. She was calm, pleasant, kind and able to accommodate three customers at the counter simultaneously. Even though I didn't get what I needed on this first trip, I felt like my time wasn't wasted.

I needed posters made for my Moms memorial and worked with Sandra, she was patient extremely helpful and understanding while I choose photos from my phone. I was clueless and she guided me through the process easily and then gave me a discount coupon at the end! Amazing, I highly recommend Staples Larchmont!
