The lack of customer service skills and professionalism that I experienced with FRANK at this location was disheartening. The questions and commentary left me feeling very uncomfortable. The manager came over because FRANK said he had to verify something and the manger said “that should be a issue at all” which makes me feel like FRANK didn’t know bank protocol or was intentionally trying to be difficult. Either way it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never return to this location!!

The employees are exceptional, but this branch doesn't deserve a single star when their ATM, of one, is constantly inoperable. The upper management branch is too cheap to even get another where there is plenty of room.

I made a check deposit at their atm machine on Monday April 4, 2022. The check is from an auto insurance company, not a personal check from a friend or family member.It is totally unacceptable that today is Tuesday April 12, 2022…. Eight days later and the check that I have deposited still hasn’t cleared. This check is from a well known insurance company and there is no way that after eight days that have passed that I should still be waiting for this check to clear in my account.I have been a customer with TD bank for over ten years and have never over drafted my account. The most I should wait for a check deposit to clear is one to two days at most. This is completely ridiculous and I will definitely be closing this account and give my business elsewhere.

I used to love TD Bank , I've been with them for years. This location however is horrible, service is slow and the staff does not care about the customers.

Total b.s with the whole verification thing. Asking questions that no other t.d bank ask when I come to withdraw money. The Lady at the front desk was very snotty and unwelcoming so I had another woman assist me and she was a delight. Although this bank is in a nice neighborhood, I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you’re using the atm.
