Josh is absolutely fantastic and was extremely helpful and sharp on transferring my iPhone last Friday! The in person customer service is amazing and while I was there I was very impressed also with every other customer interaction that he had. Many thanks Josh!

No customer service whatsoever. I have to wait how long for other people to get new phones before someone will help me with a 30 second transaction???? They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Absolutely no consideration for other peoples' time. Guess what Russell wireless, not eveyone in Larchmont wants to spend an entire morning waiting for you.

Do NOT trust this store! I went in and did a trade in to switch over to Verizon's service. I was told I was getting $850 in trade in credit, and that I would have to pay the full tax on the phone, and either add the remaining $200 of the iPhone to my bill or pay it in full then and there. I opted for the latter. I selected the $120 a month plan, was assured that was my payment each month. A month later, I received my bill, which was $132. Weird, but I didn't look into it. The next month it was the same, and saw that not only was that the monthly payment towards my new iPhone, but I had a $960 balance remaining on it. I've searched all my records, and no where is there any history of my iPhone trade in. I've tried for months to get this fixed with no luck I'm going to be going in, returning the device, and switch from Verizon.

Stopped by the store about 75 minutes to the closing time, surprisingly to find out there were 5 customers including myself with only 1 staff, Mr. P.O. , who was patiently and calmly helping all customers. I was helped a lot tremendously, except there's a hiccup that we need to iron out, hopefully soon today. Will come back to update. So far the experience was excellent and glad we have a local store with real people.

This is not a Verizon-run store, it's actually Russel Wireless, and just like Russel's other location in New Rochelle, this store does not follow their posted hours.
On Sunday 7/28, the singular employee in the store told me he would be unable to assist me at 4:40 after not acknowledging me for about 10 minutes, despite the store not closing until 5. This was because he leaves the store and closes it early to "catch his train." He said everybody knows this, but it should be on the website if that's the case.

If I could give less than one star I would. No customer service or regard for anyone coming into the store. Waited for 15 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence.

I am posting about the great service and reps in this store. My family have been doing dealing with this store, specifically Omar, for 2 years. I can't say enough about his great integrity, courtesy and all around care for the customers. An exceptional place of business.

As soon as I entered the store Ibraham asked me if I needed any help,though the store seemed crowded . I told him all my phone calls say failed . I thought I’d be told I need a new phone and I would be in store a while . He immediately knew what was wrong and said it had burned out SIM card . He told me I now have an electronic one !All this so quickly and problem all solved!I highly recommend this store if you want friendly and efficient Verizon service! .

Go here before going to any corporate Verizon store. I would always go to the corporate store to upgrade my phone and be there a minimum of an hour and then try to be sold extras. Went here I was in and out in under 30min with a brand new iPhone 14.
