Terrible experience with the order online pickup in-person option. Placed an online order today. Received notification that the order was ready. Went to pick up the order and was told there was a mix up and my order is actually not ready. Staff go to prepare the order, then said one of the items is actually out of stock and they will refund it. Employee was unable to provide a receipt or anything that shows there will be a refund provided. They also said my order was marked as already picked up by someone. On the app it shows that the out of stock item was picked up and I was charged for it. Ended up having to wait for a manager and just decided to refund the entire order.Should have stayed with CVS.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but if getting your medication is important to you go somewhere else. Waited hours on the phone to talk to someone in pharmacy. When I finally get through they informed me insurance did not approve the needed medication. Called my insurance and they informed it was approved. Called Wallgreens’s in White Planes 10 minutes after the phone call to Larchmont and they filled it on the spot. The insurance definitely approved it. Walgreens provided wrong information.Only deal with them if expect professionalism and customer service.

I hate doing a negative online review, but this is necessary. I hope someone from Walgreen’s management is reading this. My daughter’s pediatrician confirmed they had received her prescription for a live-saving medication that they carry but other local pharmacies don’t. First, they had no record of it despite a written confirmed receipt. Next, the robot recording can’t help. And I have been on hold for 45 minutes with “two callers ahead” of me. That’s after being disconnected twice already.This is no way to run any company, much less one has medication needed to save a child’s life. Please give this attention.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy location for the past 2 yrs and today broke the last straw. The nasty, rude & non-caring attitudes are insane. I will never go back to this location. You need an entire new front staff they are deplorable! Wish this could be 0 Stars!

Pharmacy-only! It is the worst. Long wait, and there's no mention of lunch hours from 1:30-2 pm on the website.

This is for the pharmacy only. I scheduled a vaccine for my son and it got canceled the day of twice and then the third time they were just closed so we showed up and no one was there. Terrible service and so unreliable.

We made several appointments to get a vaccine for my son and they canceled that day or closed without even telling us so we showed up and no one was there. They are incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.

Worst pharmacy. Randomly closed with no notice and extremely slow when open. On the plus side the staff is at least polite.

My wife and I have been to this Walgreens only a few times since we don't live in the area. The store is clean and organized. In need of a senior flu shot we decided to schedule it at this store. The vaccine was administered by Sean who was very friendly and made this a a painless experience. We will be returning for our Covid-19 booster shortly.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Extremely long wait lines for which should be a quick pickup of a prescription, because the staff also complete vaccinations at the same time.

this pharmacy never answers their phone. I need information about a medication to tell my doctor in order to know whether to get it sent there. rings forever then just hangs up on you.

The two stars for the pharmacy tech who was nice & tried to be helpful.Zero stars to the “ pharmacist” who despite having the Moderna booster available & literally no one in the store or pharmacy - yelled from the back—‘ to go to the Bronx or Port Chester’ location 1/2 hour away from this Larchmont store.Left without my booster & a bad impression of this Walgreens.
