Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to this morning knew nothing about the accounts available for children.Why work for a bank if you kept putting me on hold to ask someone else at the branch a question?

This is a great bank! Opening an account was quick and easy. The representative I got was awesome. I felt that the person really cared. The representative educated me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Wells Fargo.

Now that I got your attention because I usually don't read Five Star (5) reviews first, I just want to say that this is one of the nicest and courteous and professional offices of Wells Fargo ever. They were so nice to me that I wanted to take the entire office to lunch. No kidding. Customer Service is very, very important to me. This is the place to get it. Thank you, Staff.Sorry for the low stars but I wanted my review to get read.

Worst customer service. When all the other banks were open for business they continued to keep the bank closed and only use the drive-through drive-through lines were very long very frustrating

Went to the Larchmont office about a week ago to make a deposit again, and I'm updating my last review. One of the office managers was letting another employee in the front door. They both were very nice and the manager wished me a nice day and smiled. Most improved customer service goes to : Larchmont Wells Fargo! Thanks guys!

I have been a customer since Wachovia and have great relationships with many managers and staff. It is because of these great relationships that I did not bail out and move my accounts after the consumer scandals hit the company. Unfortunately the manager at this location has made me think twice about that decision. After speaking to him in the phone I asked to speak to a manager and was told “I am the managerâ€. He sounded hung over and was quick to get me off the phone with out a solution other than to come pick my deposit back up he will gladly reverse it and I could take it somewhere else. I called the 800 number and each person I spoke to there made me feel like my issue mattered especially since it was time sensitive.

The one f#%@ing Wells Fargo that closes at 5 instead of 6
