I ordered 6 Cranberry White Claw Surges from this location on DoorDash and instead of Cranberry we received 6 Blackberry. This was not a mistake made by the DoorDash driver, it was whoever was working at the store. I completely understand if you were out of something, but DoorDash has a feature to propose a substitution, and that was never sent through. Super annoying when you order something specifically for the flavor and wind up with something completely different!

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE! I made a small purchase on Sunday using my card and then had multiple fraudulent charges on it all around the greater Albany area. I used no-contact pay, and they use skimmers on their machine. I am disgusted with this establishment. Be ashamed of yourself and your employees. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Greedflation is the name of the game here.
Ruining the name of 7-Eleven with
- selling small cups of fountain soda only
- limiting supply of fountain soda so youll buy the bottles instead
- Banning outside cups, including their own double gulp cups from the previous or earlier day.
- Never having food. They advertise warm food and instead upsell microwave or frozen food
- They falsely advertise their 'goods' and never have them in supply.
It's a damn shame since there's no other options after midnight.

I stopped in after my delivery to grab a coffee as iv done before. The lady working on 08/27/24 around 10:30 was very nice and multitasking. She was taking customers cleaning and stocking by the looks off it. The store was very clean and the coffee station was very neat. I picked up a few things and was on my way. Great experience. Keep the good work. The 7/11s we have in Canada are a dump so being at this one that was clean was very refreshing. She also helped me out with her recommendations for her favourite chips😂 I was not disappointed!

As a small business owner myself, customer service has been and always will be near to my heart! I moved down this way 3 months ago and per any human, we have our 'regulars'. Regular gas station, regular grocery store, regular food we like to eat, just routine and moving away from my stewarts meant i had to find a new gas station. Ya know the small town, chat with the staff, get to know on a personable level because at the end of the day, while it is their job, we are all human and their hospitality can make or break anyones day!
With that being said, 10/10 for customer service at this 7-Eleven! It has become my regular go to shop and its not because of the quality or overwhelming variety of stock. And even with them consistently being out of my celcius flavor, coming in to see mt 7-eleven peeps, is always worth the visit!
Keep on keeping on and a BIG BIG BIG SHOUT OUT TO REBECCA! No matter what time of day, which day, the weather, customers shes had prior or how their work day is going, she always has a smile and she is always sooo friendly! You truly are a soul to cherish! (Not looking forward to my 35th bday though when all the 'im old pain' comes 😂)
And MiMi is an absolutely wonderful human being as well! She also deserves a shout out for always being friendly, welcoming and meticulous! and for always trying to hit those 'upsells'! Not a single time does she not ask if we need anything else associated with the items weve purchased! To many it may go unnoticed, but to me (i have ASD) the smallest things never go unnoticed!
Again, just to ensure credit is given where credit is due, THANK YOU REBECCA, MIMI and the rest of the awesome 7-Eleven staff! 100000 stars to you 2 if i could! 🤗

Awful. Old lady wouldn’t sell me beer because I didn’t tell her apartment number after stating entire address on my NY State ID. Also did not scan ID.

I am writing this with a heavy heart and a sense of disbelief over my recent visit to what I considered my go-to 7-Eleven store. My loyalty has been steadfast, with frequent visits and significant monthly expenditures. However, the latest encounter has left me feeling disrespected and shaken.During my visit, I selected several items from the 50% off aisle, only to be met with what appeared to be a lack of effort from an employee to honor the store’s advertised prices. It was disheartening to see what seemed to be a dismissive gesture, a sigh, from the gentleman at the checkout when asked to adjust the prices accordingly. This made me feel as though my patronage was a burden rather than valued business.The situation worsened when the lady with glasses, instead of diffusing the tension, chose to escalate it. Her words, “If I wasn’t on my shift this would be a different story,” rang with an implicit threat that left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. This confrontation, coupled with the prior lack of assistance, compounded into an emotionally charged experience that I am still trying to come to terms with.I write this not out of spite, but in the hope that it will spark a change for the better. No customer should have to endure such treatment, especially in a place that prides itself on community and service. I urge the management to address these behaviors so that no one else experiences what I have gone through.

As a veteran I don't serve this country and put my life on the line for civilians to be disrespected just because they are a jew with braids hanging from the sides half bald or whatever it is. Everything should be respected. Additionally I did not appreciate the white lady with glasses using vape on the front desk counter as there were minors in the store at the time of the scene.
