Had a lot of tooth pain and needed a Dentist asap…Aspen Dental took me in right away. Dr Michaela Serseloudi took care of my immediate problem of a bad tooth and wrote up a plan of treatment . I thought the price was very reasonable.The whole staff,from receptionists to medical staff were professional and friendly.

Not gonna lie was a little nervous going in there(Dentist so who isn't). Nurse was incredibly friendly very down-to-earth made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend. And for those without insurance (like me) give them a call it's not as expensive as you may think.

Was going there for a few years. Was scheduled for Dec. 2023 when I received a call that I had to cancel because they don't take my insurance anymore. So... I've been hunting new dentists & found one. They needed my last panoramic, bite wings & notes. I went in to pick up otherwise it takes 30 days my new dentist was told by them to send them. When I went in, i filled out paperwork for notes & xrays, she said nothing & flipped an envelope at me & I looked inside, no notes just bite wings. I questioned where is the panoramic & notes? I was told there's an error. They had to investigate. I said I'll wait. Was called up to desk, I had my receipt that I had panoramic in Oct. 2022, they finally said "we didn't do the xray" I can't believe it! Called my insurance company from parking lot, they wanted to speak to someone, i went back in with my phone, the girl regarding billing came out, threw her hands up & said "I'm not speaking to anyone " they are putting my portion that I paid $45. in a bank account I don't have anymore & notifying my insurance company. I left very upset. I called the bank they said they are not sure it will go through as it's been closed for over a year. I called Aspen to talk to them about what my bank said & receptionist at Aspen assured me the bank will get it. Snotty little girl talking over me. By now I'm so frustrated from being nice & treated so poorly, I swore & said "So you know what my f'n bank will do?" She hung up & called me back & said "I won't be sworn at but by State Law I have to put it in the account you had in 2022". I told her I won't get it. She didn't care. There was no help. It was a joke! My insurance company tried to call them because they say it's FRAUD to charge for a service I did not get & they see it on their end too. They were put on an indefinite hold but my insurance company assured me they are following up for FRAUD!!!!!! To think I would have never known this unless I asked for those xrays from 2022! No accountability here. How many others has this happened to. Evidently they don't audit themselves. BEWARE! Check everything on your bill. Aspen, you're going to thank me for being a long customer of years & paying my bills on time & tell everyone it was an ERROR, something you are going to VOID, FIX, but this is wrong & you are WRONG & you can not tell me you are going to fix it by putting what you owe me in a closed bank account!!!!! You ripped off my insurance company too. They will be contacting you. Oh yes & I have to wait 60 days now for anything to be FIXED. Right..... Smh bad business. I'm away from you now & seeing a real dentist office. Thanks for getting me out of there by canceling my appointment. Let the excuses begin. Kathy Masterson

I went in for a specific reason had x-rays taken and taken back into another room where I was thoroughly examined by the assistant. The dentist came in for about two minutes looked in my mouth walked out didn’t discuss a treatment plan with me asked me to wait in the waiting room 40 minutes later I’m called by I guess the billing people that want to go over the treatment plan with me and figure out a payment plan, I didn’t even bother Dentist didn’t even have the respect to review the treatment plan with me just sent me onto her billing people it’s all Don’t waste your time at this place

Unfortunately, we have had the most unprofessional and neglectful care throughout our whole experience at Aspen Dental Latham. The dentist was wonderful, but the office staff are incompetent, especially the Office manager. We will not be returning.

I had a great experience my first time at this location. Since then I have repeatedly called to pay for and schedule several services including wisdom teeth removal. Not only has no one ever answered my call, but my voicemails are never returned. As a type one diabetic, if my wisdoms get infected it could kill me. Do better and return your voicemails.

Making the appointment was very easy. The Check-in was very easy and seeing the dentist. Getting x-rays was very easy. And the people that work there are extremely extremely nice and friendly
