First called this location and spoke with Joe. He was very confident and sharp with his knowledge of my phone problem I was having and so I decided to visit. Joe was there and helped me sort out my issues and I was able to leave with a new working phone in a super quick time frame. This place had good reviews and I'd like to contribute in saying they did a great job for me too!
EDIT: Second visit months later to upgrade my wife's phone and we worked with Jordan, who loves Taco Bell and is getting married soon. She was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Still highly recommend this place, even across two different people we worked with. Will come back for any phone needs for sure.

After 3 days of literally pissing up a rope trying to get an insurance replacement handset activated, employee Jordan at this location solved my problem in less than 1 minute. Great staff, highly recommended.

Came to the store as soon as they opened, had broken my phone to the point of no repair and Manager Jordan was lovely. She helped me figure out which option would be the best to get a new phone and was very patient getting everything situated!

I was told I could try Direct TV for 1 month and return/cancel if I decided against it. I returned the equipment and months later am still being charged. I was told they would take care of it and they never did. The Regional Manager was the one who told me this and can’t stand behind his words. Very disappointing after being a customer for 20 years.

Mike Jardieu, the Manager at the Latham, NY AT&T retail office, has been extremely helpful in assisting me in securing a refund for overpayment on my bill. He spent a lot of time helping me resolve this issue.

Can I leave a "minus" star?? Customer service is not existent in this store. I went in, one guy was playing on his cell phone, the other was talking on her cell phone. I was the only customer and got ignored by both. When I finally got her attention she was rude and not helpful. Next I went back in she lied straight in my face about my last visit that was just a few days ago. The absolute WORST place.

Spoke with Joshua P. about upgrading. He was training someone at the time. I explained the phone rep told me about a certain plan and he shot that down to steer me to something better??? I thought, "Here we go!" Long run, the plan I really needed and at a great price. He made sure all my discounts were applied, including my First Responder deduction and I'm a lifer with ATT. Joshua, thank you once again. Nice job!!

Friendly, smart, well-informed staff who immediately made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions with patience and respect. Best location - even though we don't live in Latham, we find it well worth driving a little further for the excellent service. Thank you for putting together a store that cares about its customers!
