Purchased new vehicle from Audi Albany and everything went very smoothly. Had a 1st Service check at Audi Albany and that also went smoothly. THEN we do not know what happened .We attempted to make other Service appointments, but never got to talk to a living , breathing person. All we ever heard was a recording stating the purpose of the call, leave name and number and Audi Albany will call you back. Well ….. that never happened !Even after other calls and leaving messages .Finally decided that Audi Albany is not the only show playing in town.Put a call to the Audi dealership in Rutland, Vermont and was immediately given a service appointment.Took our Audi to Rutland for regular service and even though vehicle was not purchased from them, they treated us like Gold / long time customers.Since then we have always returned to Rutland Audi for service and each time all employees were courteous and treated us with respect. Not like Audi Albany where we got the feeling that the Service Department thought that they were doing us a favor.The difference between the two Audi Service Departments only makes me wonder why I did not go to Rutland for my Audi purchase . Wish now I had !Finally it is about an equal time / distance drive to either dealership. Except the drive to Rutland is a nice, relaxing , country drive . While the drive to Albany on 87 is a white knuckle drive, putting up with the crazies, that think they own the road.Not a hard decision to make as to where to purchase and service an Audi. Only wish I made the right decision, the first time and chose Rutland Audi.

For me to make a review I’m very upset I drop my car off four days ago and when you bring it to the Audi dealership you’re paying top dollar guess how much my alignment is because my car drives itself and they have to recalibrate the camera 550 then 20 Thousand mile service 875 altogether around 1804 4days go by right hey I’m Nick I’m trying to pick up my car. Oh sorry one of our service guys are sick that’s not my problem I’m picking up my car. sorry you can’t pick up your car. Oh I’m going to pick up my car then I get a call from the manager. Hey we’re gonna start working on your car. It will be done by four. Don’t let these service people run you you run them they work for you The 2022 Audi A6 and you’re telling me that I can’t have my car When Someone gives a service person $1800 to do an alignment and oil change that car better be done instantly I can’t believe I had to go through what I did to get my way

Purchased a new Audi from the dealer in Latham. Jake was my sales person. He came as a recommendation from a trusted person. He was great. Seeing the car, test driving the car and purchasing the car was effortless. I recommend him to anyone.

Great service and its the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen. Facilities are outstanding as is the service. You can even call at night or weekends to make appointments or get assistance. They send you a video showing what repairs your car needs. Staff is always friendly, polite and helpful.

I've been a repeat customer to Albany Audi since 2019. I've purchased two Q5's. While I love the vehicle, my recent service was very unpleasant. I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change. I was informed my 40k mile service due. So, I went ahead and scheduled it. (Wed 9/27) I was informed it was a five hour service and a loaner vehicle was provided. I was grateful for that. I live an hour away from the dealership and waited around running errands etc. Six hours later, I receive a text that said: " Hello. Everything is going well with the vehicle. We are currently unable to perform the transmission service due to Audi being down today. Would you be able to leave the vehicle with us while you stay in the loaner, and we can get it completed tomorrow for you?" I responded that I could go home with the loaner and return tomorrow but I was disappointed for the late notice I could have gone home sooner. He did apologize and said he notified me as soon as he knew. The following day I was texted ((9/28 7:35 am) and informed: "Good morning. When we came in this morning, Audi is still down. You can stay in the loaner and I will reach out to you as soon as we have more information. Very sorry for the inconvenience." That was the last of the texting communication. On Fri 9/29 I called the Service Manager, Craig, and was told by a young woman he wasn't at his desk, and she took my information to have him return my call. I've never heard from him. Fast forward to Mon (10/2) Still no call from the Service Manager. So around 2:00 pm I called my salesman. He was professional and apologetic. He said he would look into it. Two hours passed and I texted him asking if something was going on with my vehicle. Had they broke something, or damaged it? He texts me back and said my vehicle was ready. He said service had a record of texting me Thur 9/28 that my vehicle was ready and could be picked up. Unfortunately, I never received that text. So, from Thursday 9/29 to Monday 10/2 no one noticed my vehicle was still there and I hadn't returned the loaner? That's ridiculous. I went today and paid for the service and picked up my vehicle. The service person never said a word, never apologized for the miscommunication etc. That was disappointing. And, after the inconvenience I received, you would think they could have at least washed my vehicle like they usually do. I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied. I've never had a problem in four years with the dealership. Sadly, I don't foresee me purchasing another vehicle in the future. Service has declined substantially.

I highly recommend Jake VanBuren and the team at Audi Albany. I was in the market for a new vehicle and in addition to Audi I explored Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover, and Volvo. Buying a car is one of my top ten things I Do NOT like to do and Jake made my decision much easier. He was very knowledgable and converted me from a Mercedes and BMW past owner to Audi with his professionalism and understanding of how my personal car needs could be met by the Audi Q7. I am so happy with my Audi Q7 and will continue to have my car serviced by the Albany team. What is the saying?....Audi for Life? I think I may be!

I had my Audi A6 in for major repair due to running over manhole cover at 15 mph during construction on a road. John Whalen my service advisor was clear what repair would be keeping in touch w me during the process.He worked state farm to get A6 fixed properly. Chris Licght the mechanic answered my questions about repair.I picked up my car and to my delight car was perfect. What a relief!I have been in for routine service Audi Albany is always first rate service. So thank you for your attentive competent service!

I brought my car in to have a battery replaced. It took them a whole week to even realize they had it there. Then they charged me for a bunch of tests but refused to do the work to fix the issues that the tests revealed so I paid $1,300 and all I got out of it was a new battery.Then the moment I shut my car off when I get home, the electronics all die and the car won't start again. I jump it but there is a host of new problems.I called my service advisor a bunch of times and got no response. Then I filled something out on the website saying I wanted the manager to call me - I never heard from him.So now I'm stuck bringing my car somewhere else to pay them to fix all the problems that I just paid Audi Albany to create.

We had a screw in our run flat tires while we were out of town. We called the dealership and they immediately got us in even though it was a Saturday afternoon on a holiday week. Super appreciative that we could get back safely on the road!!!
