“We went in search of a good deal on a 2025 truck, which has some pretty good incentives right now. Although we weren't able to find what we wanted specifically, I want to commend the two gentlemen that helped in my our search! Tavon was very quick and helpful with our text exchanges; Sadik Gaskin was a trooper, helping us out in the freezing cold. “Kaiser Body Shop was originally recommended to me by a Toyota salesperson a number of years ago. My latest business with them was in October 2024. I rarely write reviews, but this quality business deserves the highest of ratings. The employees from top to bottom are friendly, helpful, and flexible. They know how to deal with insurance companies and to "properly" restore your vehicle. My 2024 Corolla was returned to me looking better than it did out of the showroom. You probably won't get "next day restorations," because their services are in demand, but it is worth the wait!”

“Had an usual noise in our Tesla. Made an appointment and brought our car in at 8:00am. By 10:00am the car was fixed and the noise gone. Waiting room was very nice with complimentary coffee, comfortable couches and WiFi. The staff was extra extra extra nice and kept us informed. Made us happy to be a Tesla customer.”

“I had 4 employees gathered around my popped hood on a really hot day working to get my old battery out so they could replace it for me. One guy even went to his car to get his own tool to help get it out. Big thank you to the younger guy that changed out my battery, I think his name is CJ. Man at the desk that helped me buy a new battery showed my all my options, explained the differences, and didn’t try to push the most expensive one on me. As someone who doesn’t know squat about cars and had my battery crap out on me while I was out running errands, this trip to advanced auto parts was the easiest part of my day.”

“I can't thank the employees of this store enough. Roy went far above his duties in helping me when my motorhome blew a fan belt on the New York thruway yesterday. He facilitated getting a hard to find serpentine belt delivered to me on Friday evening as I was stranded on the side of the highway. I unfortunately forget the name of his coworker who went out of his way, on his way home from work, to drop the belt off to me. That's just amazingly superior customer service. He checked on me throughout the evening to make sure I was ok. Because of him and Napa, we were able to to continue on to Cape Cod WITHOUT a very expensive tow bill. That right there is how you create lifetime customers!!!!! A big thanks to them and the other employee who saved a very rare vacation adventure ❤️ Picture included of the other Napa employee who delivered the belt to me. You guys rock!”

“Bought a truck & previous owner forgot to raise the Fisher MM2 jack stand, need i say more. A few people told me to call T & T. Called them 1st because im 45 min away. Woman answered & she was fantastic & looked it up & told me they had them in stock. I immediately drove there & the gentalman behind the counter had me out the door in minutes with a new jack stand & the handle for the top. Arrived home & installed it. Now works flawless. Great place for snowplow parts! Now i can remove it off the truck without the painstakly jacking it up with blocking.”
