They gladly take my $160 every month for my 2 dogs but when I call them with an emergency they always have no time to take my dogs in. Horrible customer service. Very rudeLook at their generic and careless response to all reviews.

My experience with Banfield Pet Hospital left much to be desired. This chain appears to be heavily focused on profits rather than the well-being of pets. Being in need of veterinary care, every single office I contacted was not accepting new patients, which was incredibly frustrating so we've moved forward with getting our pup serviced here.Their approach felt overly sales-driven and long-winded. It seemed like every interaction revolved around upselling services or products, even if they were not necessary or within the scope of myWith my other pup I often found myself having to pay additional out-of-pocket expenses, which was disappointing. $220 for one vaccination that requires administration on two different dates.Dealing with Banfield Pet Hospital sometimes felt like navigating through an insurance company, where every service or need seemed to be met with additional costs. While they may offer a slight discount here and there, it's hardly worth it considering the overall experience.In conclusion, I would strongly advise pet owners to explore other veterinary options before resorting to Banfield Pet Hospital. There are likely better alternatives out there that prioritize quality care over profits. Maybe I should have looked outside of a 30-mile radius.

Absolutely the best place to go. They have a wellness plan that pretty much covers the majority of the items needed yearly. Shots, Vet visits and multiple other items. At the Latham office Dr. Carpenter is absolutely awesome. Hands-down I will never take my animals to another vet ever again. Definitely one of the most intelligent and caring veterinarians I have worked with. We have an almost 16 year old minion/pug who has gone though everything and had we not had her seen here I don’t think she would be alive today.

Banfield is a great place to get routine preventative care for your pet. Their membership program offers discounts on services, and those services, along with your pet's medical records, are available at any Banfield in the country.

The staff at the Latham Banfield is always so nice. The puppy loves going there, because they give treats and love. They take good care of him and I recommend their wellness plan to all new pet owners.

Dr. Estrada was amazing! I feel so rude not remembering the names of the whole team. They got me in for an emergency visit for my dog within 2 hours of calling. The receptionist and vet tech were super kind. They made me feel better in a not so good situation. They explained everything to me, they provided estimates prior to doing the work. I very much appreciate what they did for us that day. We were treated as if they had nobody else coming in for appointments. I was never rushed. I left so happy and will share my experience with everyone. I truly hope the employees are treated the way they treated us because they deserve it!

In what world is it okay to order services that weren't requested! I had scheduled an appointment to have my dog's nails cut back. When I show up they're telling me I have to leave him and I was confused because it was just a nail clipping. Then I was told they were going to give him his vaccinations several months too early! And one of the staff said she was trying to be proactive and ordered them. This is the same staff member who scheduled him for a dental cleaning without asking! Walking into the lobby is so chaotic. They are overstaffed and the staff members just stand around chatting and pretend they don't even see you. My dog has leash aggression and when other dogs come in he barks and lunges. They don't seem to care. They pretend we're not even there! This drives me bananas. The last visit when I was there, he was all done with his vaccinations and I was trying to pay and none of the staff even acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes trying to get somebody's attention to ask where my dog is and how do I pay! Their front desk service has a lot to be desired! I cannot stand incompetence! These people don't care about the customers or furry patients that are coming in. All they care about is their social time.
