After seeing all the negative reviews, I was expecting some sort of Mad Max hellscape. I needed to do some banking while on vacation, so decided to risk going into a possibly awful but nearby bank.Well, I was pleasantly surprised. There was no line, and the three tellers were ready to serve as soon as I came in. I got my banking done and was back on the road in minutes.

THE WORST!! Absolutely no concept of customer service. Lucky to have one teller working and line is always miles long. Slowest service ever. I hate this place!!

Stay away from this bank ,costumer service is horrible,all the services the I ask is a bad experience,to the point that I gonna close my two accounts has soon is possible I just get tired of them and the bad experiences take my advice not open accounts with them this bank doesn't care about the people.....

Spent twenty minutes on a trip to this bank only for the ATM to "not be accepting deposits at this time," which was the only reason I went. Incompetent. Don't apologize to me. Give me my time back.

Worst place to go to. They send me to a branch to get my ID info, as they said I never did it. Then I call and try to get the hold off and they tell me the bank should have called. Back to the bank I go, then they set up a 2nd meeting. I get a phone call to tell me they are finally calling to see whats up. Then I get another call, I needed to call the fraud department. Well I am completely through with bank of America, it's the worst bank to bank with. Running around after knee surgery, depending on people to bring me. I want to know why they don't answer the phone

I had bank of America for about 2 years and I closed my account out. They were charging me for ridiculous fees for everything. And I had a credit card with them, Warning, do not open any account Credit card, saving, or checking. My Brother and friends warned me about Bank of America and they were right. My advice stay away from Bank of America.

30 minutes in line. 8 employees. One teller. The one teller has to leave to tend to the brinks driver. Get it together. Worst operating bank in the area. WHAT are the 2 employees supposed to be doing while holding iPads staring at us? Awful.

The first and the worst experience with Bank of America’s Calling service. I’m not a customer, but I need to ask couple questions. The automatic system kept on asking me for an account number! Seriously! I just need to speak to a real person to ask few questions! It won’t even let me do that! But to kept on looping it’s system for an account number! First I called the 800 number, then I called the local branch number. They all had the same automated looping. Can you at least giving people another option for none Bank of America Customers?

Its like this branch is trying to die after they removed drive thru banking.
