  This review is for an online Boot Barn order, NOT the physical store. I paid the extra $25 for overnight delivery. They did NOT arrive by the next day. I needed them for a riding lesson. The confirmation email even reads "expected yesterday". Now I found out I have to pay an additional $10 to return the boots. I'm out $35 with nothing to show for it. This is my first experience with Boot Barn and I'm not happy. I messaged them and will update this review if they are willing to refund the boots and the $25 overnight delivery fee. UPDATE: I received a timely reply and explanation. Boot Barn is refunding the $25 overnight delivery fee.

  I just made my first purchase at this location and the staff is really nice,I highly recommend if you go there find Lisa she was such a great help,this is a great store.

  Really sweet shop. Lots and lots and lots of selection. Wasn’t offered help but found everything easily. Got an amazing pair of boots that go with everything. Makes me miss living in Wyoming a bit!
  
  Bit of a note on the women’s selection - it runs boho cutesy fun. Minimal selection of hats. And the clothing is decorative. It’s not for work wear. I guess I’d go with Carhart or another brand for that. But if dressing up is what you’re looking for, this is a nice place.

  I had nothing but frustration with Boot Barn and it would take a small miracle to get me to go back there! In store, I found a boot that fit well and I really liked. Only the right boot (no left boot) could be found. And 4 different employees treated me like I was either lying or an idiot that I couldn't find the boot. Using the in-store kiosk, I ordered the boots. I had to have assistance to get the military discount which was another delay. The boots arrived within a few days which I thought was quick, only they were the wrong boots. I ordered square toe boots only to receive round toe boots. I initiated the return online and took the boots back to the store (45 minutes from home for me). When I got there, the person at the register said they couldn't do returns and I had to wait for someone else. When I finally got the right person to help me with the return I explained what happened and told them I was interested in assistance in getting the right boots. Once again, they would not believe me that the boots were not in store and once again treated me like an idiot. I asked if the store could order them or if they could assist me in ensuring the right boots get sent to me. Their answer was for me to check the store often because they get boots in all the time, but they couldn't help me otherwise. There is ZERO customer service at this company!

  Staff was great, very helpful. I would have given it five stars, but the women's selection wasn't very big- there weren't many hats in smaller sizes and even the boot selection for women was very small. Some of the most popular boots right now from leading Western brands like Ariat, Shyanne, Durango, and Justin weren't in stock.

  Horrible customer service. Went in a few weeks ago and the only employee working was an older woman who obviously did not want to be there. I went in again to give a second chance- same woman was there and two other employees. Once again I was not greeted nor offered help. Won’t be going back.

  I went in there today to buy a couple pairs of cowboy boots, and a gentleman came up to me. I told him what I was looking for he took me to this young woman that worked there and she walked away from me. Started whispering something to him so I walked out it was there lo lose . I will never go back terrible experience

  They don't carry pluse size for women in clothing or in the jewelry . Nice store but nothing to offer for the plus size people.

  Got what we went for. Staff( Kaylie)very helpful
