The man picking up yard waste dropped the single bag I had at the curb, ignored the contents left on the street. Also, I had a single branch about 4' in length left to go on the truck and that was ignored as well. I called the company to complain and was left on hold. No one picked up to speak to me. Sloppy operation. Do NOT hire this company for trash pick-up.

Paid my bill 24hrs before trash pickup and they apparently didn’t give the driver the memo then refused to pickup my trash until the following week. Won’t give credit back, just will promise to pickup all extras.
This is not a company I’d ever hire ever again, unfortunately I just inherited their services when they bought out Twin Bridges who were excellent with customer service.

Been a good paying customer since they opened their business and gave me false information on how I could lower my bill if I took a twice a month trash pickup. Sad how they take advantage of seniors on fixed incomes.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and look for another company. Not only did this company not pick up my garbage SEVERAL times, but failed to give a response back when asked. Their bill always increases, their automated phone line is a nightmare, and their quality is awful. Even after canceling their services, it would take 5-7 days to pick up their trash cans. My new company is going to deliver new ones tomorrow.Save yourself the hassle, get a reliable company.

They’re polite, pick up their phones promptly, and pick up thei garbage when they’re supposed to. Their previous owners were mildly annoying because they’d forget to call about delayed pickups about half the time and they’d forget about a tax and try to charge us $0.75 randomly to make up for it, but it’s been smooth sailing with Casella so far. Of course, it’s only been a couple of months.

worst customer service. just spoke to some lady on phone to pay my bill and did not even greet me and did not thank me for paying them the money.Republic services had a excellent customer service
