DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY CVS FOR THAT MATTER! I took my tapes into this store to get converted into DVDs. The girl told me they do it in house so I expected to hear back within 48 hours. I never did. I called and called and called no one ever answers so k went in and asked where we were in the process. The employees said they don't see my stuff there. So then I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn't there so I gave my info for him to call. He never did. So I then called and called and called and no answer. So went on their site and was directed to speak via chat w a rep from yes video. She told me that they don't have my stuff nor was it ever shipped. This is now 5 weeks later. The rep contacted the store manager and he said he has the tapes still and was going to call me back w the info. He never called. This has continued for over 2 months now and the manger Garrett Rexford has mailed my tapes from my childhood and of family members who are no longer w me to a business somewhere in Grand Rapids Michigan. He sounded as if he didn't care and said here's the info and basically expected me to figure it out. I could only get so far bc I did not mail it. From months of going back and forth with ups, cvs Corp, the manger and yes video. I have gotten no response from anyone and Garrett the manager has also blocked my number. I've documented all calls, texts, chat etc with everyone.

I like having text message when scripts are ready but then the wait time after arrival is too long. They need to review their operation processes and 1) if text sent that script is ready time how long customer waits until they are assisted. 2) have separate dedicated staff to handle flu shots
