The employees were quite composed, cool and professional as anticipated. CVS is unique in consistently selecting very mature, reserved and friendly employees throughout the chain.
The Rhode Island office clearly sets a high standard. I'm familiar with Newport and I see the influence here. Best wishes -

Not the friendliest nor do they care if you have anything going on. They will get to you when they feel like it and you will never be made to feel like they care for the customer. Prescriptions, well you can anticipate waiting an extra day after the due date even if they tell you to come in they will tell you a couple more hours every time.

The automated voice system is awful, takes forever, and provides no option to speak to a human. My entire review is based off of this system.

Impossible to contact pharmacy absolute joke. Automated system blows leads you to voicemail that doesn’t even work.

I shop regularly at 750 New Loudon Rd. I take advantage of many coupons & my extra care benefits. Alyssa was very professional at her job.

I came to CVS in a hurry looking for Sodium Chloride Opthalmic Ointment and couldn't find it. I saw an employee stocking shelves and politely asked him for help and told him that I was in a rush. He quickly stopped what he was doing and asked what I needed. I gave him the description and he searched on his phone for it. At first we went to the pharmacy area and it couldn't find it. Then we went to Aisle 21, and found something similar but it wasn't thointments ointment. Finally we headed back to the backward again by the pharmacy and then we found it. I was extremely grateful for his assistance. I asked his name just to leave this review. He said Brady, like Tom Brady or Brady Brunch. We had a good laugh and I proceeded to check out. Thank you Brady for your help, have an awesome day!

I always love going to cvs, I have to say I just wish they carried the same items as the Cvs located in Latham.

I have a prescription I fill every 3 months. Every time the store doesn't have it. They tell me it will be there on a certain day, I go on that day to be told they haven't unpacked their shipment. I am constantly driving to other cvs pharmacies to get my prescription filled because waiting for over a week is not an option. I will be filling my prescription elsewhere.

There is 5 urgent cares in a 5 mile range from this cvs and the pharmacy closes at 5 pm on Saturday, makes no sense.

Was just in there to pickup a prescription for my wife about 1:40 pm. My wife had called earlier to see if it was ready and it was so I headed up there and the shutters in the pharmacy were all closed. I saw people moving around back there. And I spoke through the shutters and asked if they were closed (meaning closed for the day) and people just ignored it. I spoke with a fairly loud voice but they acted like I wasn't there. I repeated is "anybody back there"? A woman came forward toward the screen and said "can I help you"? I said again, "Are you closed" and she jumped in and said "yes we are closed! There's a sign out there if you read the hours" I said "for the day" and she said "for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30" I looked the sign and it wasn't immediately apparent and was at the bottom of the pharmacy hours sign and took up about an inch of the sign in red. I've havent' been to this CVS in a very long time and was confused by this. I explained that we were told on the phone that the prescription was ready and she just walked away.I think that a pharmacy, ESPECIALLY a pharmacy should be way above board in the way that they treat their customers. This wasn't even civil and tone was sarcastic and arrogant. They have no idea why you are picking up a prescription or if you've never been subjected to their bizzare "closed for lunch" policy. You can be sure I will never use this pharmacy again! Extremely rude. Now I know why it has such a low rating. Very different from the CVS in Newton Plaza which has great service and helpful staff!

I've been using the Pharmacy for 2 years now. They are good at filling prescriptions and sending reminders etc..., but if you try to call the pharmacy you may not get an answer. After repeated tries and waiting and waiting, you may get lucky. I know they're very busy, but it would be great if there could be someone to answer the phone. There can be so many questions that pop up when getting a new prescription filled, it would be nice not having to stress every time you call wondering if they'll ever answer. Besides that, no issues.
