I have had fantastic customer service from John here, particularly with regard to getting pick ups at my home. Whenever I have had trouble with the DHL website I just call him and he arranges whatever I need. He is very courteous and personable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a delivery today, I have a double wide driveway and this guy in a DHL truck backed up into my yard, half on the Driveway half on my lawn. I don’t understand a double wide driveway. Please don’t ever pull in my driveway again.
