So this place is now Dick's House of Sport. I guess "Sport" is defined as 20% sports equipment, 80% clothes (and thermos bottles by a well-known business). I guess if that's what you have to do to remain solvent and competitive, it's what you have to do, but I'll be primarily interested in that other 20%. On the plus side, I did like the equipment I checked out, and the sales staff were very friendly and attentive. While I was walking through the store, I was checked on several times, and the man who checked me out was very helpful.

I’m never ordering anything from Dick’s again!I ordered a prince challenger ping pong table. They have two models of prince ping pong tables- Challenger and Tournament. I decided to go with the challenger because it was supposed to take 15 minutes to assemble instead of 90+ minutes for the tournament. My husband went to pick it up at the store, but it didn’t fit into our minivan, so he paid shipping to have it shipped. On our scheduled delivery day, we got a call from AIT delivery company and were told that they couldn’t deliver our ping pong table because the driver was sick. A week later, they delivered a WRONG model of ping pong table!I ordered the challenger and they delivered the Tournament. My husband started assembling the ping pong table and after an hour, wondering why it’s talking so long, then realized we received a wrong model. There’s no way that we can return this halfway assembled ping pong table as it’s so heavy and bulky, so we are stuck with this table which I didn’t choose.I honestly don’t understand how Dick’s is still in business. They don’t have any customer support and they are very disorganized.I’m going to stay away. They lost one customer if they even care.

The store got rid of the entire hunting/outdoors section and now only caters to school sports . Way to drive away a huge chunk of your customers and for what reason ?? Absolutely ridiculous to have a sporting goods store and not have a huge section of what most people in the adult market would be in the store for.

Great experience. Greeter was friendly and super helpful. Family fun atmosphere with courteous staff. Great product selection for most team sports (No hunting equipment). Manager was attentive and running a tight ship.

Late night staff very disrespectful. Following me around the store and also did not offer a simple carry bag after my purchase. And all the pants in my size had marks and stains and were scattered in different areas hard to find..

Overpriced and underwhelmed. No hunting or shooting gear (I guess that’s not a sport.) $500 Yeti and $80 kids Betts jersey both too expensive for my taste.

They don't sell Mizuno running shoes, though they used to up until about 6 years ago. I bought 3 pairs from them before they dropped this great brand of shoes. This is unacceptable for a place that is claiming to be a superior experience.

The new store is nice and all. It's clean and bright; the employees are friendly... But it's extremely disappointing to see that they no longer stock *any* hunting or shooting supplies - at all.

Went here for football gear. Seems they forgot that more then just youth play sports. Nothing for high school kids in terms of size. When asked for help therewas no one around.

Absolutely huge sports store! I liked their selections of fishing supplies. Similar to a Bass or Cabela's store in that regard. Other sports have their own well stocked sections as well. The store definitely has a lot of everything. Check out line was a little slow, and given the size of the store it can be hard to find things.

Feels too artificial, or just trying too hard to pander to team sports over their roots, which is getting outdoors, out in the woods. I know they want to get kids active, which is admirable, but, you didn't have to get rid of other departments, or dramatically reduce the selection. It was very open, like, between merchandise racks, so the selection seemed to be less for everything. Disappointed.

Be care full here.I took my bike in Dec 2022 for repairs and it is not back .They closed the store and transferred the bike else where and never advised me where it was.Not o fan of this operation and would advise caution when doing business here.I know I am done here.
