Delaney Corrigan was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to recommend the perfect shades for us. I've had the opportunity to work with Delaney at EGWC at my business and my home this year and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Everything from measuring to installation went very smoothly and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional. The blinds that I ordered came in on time and are beautiful! very knowledgeable and kind people. This place is like a throwback to a small family run business (I say no thanks to the big box stores). They gave me their honest opinions, were very patient, and I truly received individual and timely attention. This is what I wanted as these products are not cheap (but they sure are quality). The guys that came to install were also attentive and professional. I will be buying more products from this business.

Motorized roller shade stopped working. Called East Greenbush Window Coverings and received a callback within a couple hours. One the owners arrived and corrected the problem when he said he would. Very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service.
