Place is filled with great people that care about their customers. If you hate going to dealerships because of the typical atmosphere that’s associated with them, you will love this place! Literally zero pressure to buy anything. Because all of the vehicles are preowned they share everything they did to recondition the vehicles and tell you everything that’s left remaining under warranty and what is available to extend the original warranty. All with zero pressure.

I recently bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Exit 5 Auto, and it was one of the most relaxed, stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. They let my father and I take our time looking around the lot and checking out different vehicles without anyone hovering or pushing a decision.
Rome, the sales manager, was fantastic. When I was ready to talk, he stepped in with helpful information, honest answers, and a genuinely friendly attitude. Jeremy, the financial manager, was just as great! Clear, straightforward, and efficient, making the paperwork process smooth and simple.
I’m thrilled with my Corolla and truly impressed with how respectful and comfortable the entire experience was. If you want a pre-used car group that gives you space, treats you fairly, and still provides top-notch service, definitely ask for Rome and Jeremy!

I've worked with Exit5 for years — and continue to bring my car there for all of my service needs. There is no other dealer that I have found that is this transparent and constantly works toward providing the absolute lowest pressure environment possible.
Everyone, and I mean everyone — from sales, to service, and even their administrative staff — is on board with their mission and values. Very rare in this day and age!

They're really efficient over there. I just bought a used vehicle with pretty high mileage; yeah I know that sounds risky but it was worth it to buy a car in such superb shape. I did at least 2 test drives and heard some minor noises each time that concerned me, but nothing too out of the ordinary. Herb worked so hard getting the car ready for me and making sure it was good to go as soon as I showed up and that I was satisfied before moving forward. Communication was great too and there was very little downtime. I enjoyed working with Herb and felt appreciated as a person and not just a dollar sign

I had been looking for a new vehicle for awhile now, and my granddaughter had recently bought a vehicle from exit 5 auto and loves it. I went on the website to see what they had. I had certain make & models in mind and after checking the website a few different times I found one I was interested in. My granddaughter and I went to look at it and it was perfect. The test drive went well and Rome & Jeremy were great to work with. They were professional and easy to talk to.
