Best car buying experience to date! I went in extremely nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to do much with my financial budget but I was pleasantly surprised after working with Mike. Mike was wonderful to work with and I am so glad that he listened to my concerns and helped me achieve my goal of getting my new 2023 Nissan Rogue (which is absolutely stunning!). I’ve been telling all my friends and family to go find Mike if they are looking to get into a new car as he went above and beyond a typical car salesman’s duty.

Jamia review. As i got to meet Jamie he was extremely friendly he really took the time to get to know me and what my needs were also the amount i could spend. I found him to be very friendly and personable. I am very satisfied with my service and my new vehicle and i see myself recommending him to friends and family.

I scheduled my state inspection and asked if they could squeeze in an oil change and I stall new battery in my key fob. Not only did they happily accommodate this request, they also saw I needed my 60k mile tune up and completed that same day. Very pleased.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I brought my car in for inspection and it need few repairs in order to pass inspection. They had my car for an entire week! On the 6th day, I received a text saying that my vehicle was "all set" HOWEVER you have a crack on your windshield and I would need to get it fix for inspection....FIRST OF ALL ASSHOLES, my windshield was NOT crack the day my car was brought in!! They are immensely irresponsible and incompetent! After that, I get my car followed by an extremely expensive bill. Well, my car did not drive properly, the steering wheel was awfully tight and hard to turn. Literally from Wally's Nissan of Latham my car went DIRECTLY to another mechanic! This place will damage your car and make you pay for the damages they caused. This was an expensive lesson for me. Do yourselves a favor, go elsewhere; NOT Wally's Nissan of Latham.

Phil greeted me a few seconds after I walked up to the service counter. He was very kind and assisted me right away. This is my 3rd time coming to Wally’s. My first visit was for a software update/recall on my Nissan. I wasn’t sure which Nissan dealership to go to and Wally’s was the most convenient. Everyone was very nice and my experience was wonderful! I have been back for an oil change and tire rotation and my last visit was for my NYS inspection. Everyone is very nice, service is completed in a reasonable amount of time. I received a call from a very nice woman the next morning to make sure everything was good with my car. Thank you for making my experience great and I will be returning in the future!

We’ve been doing leasing deals with NISSAN since 2014. Out of all the dealerships that we’ve been to, Wally’s has been the best in all areas. They were very knowledgeable, patient and easygoing. They met all our expectations and kept every word stated. Michael Costello, Michael’s manager and Jeff from the Finance Office were very pleasant to work with. We got the car that we wanted and we are very satisfied with the transaction. We would recommend Wally’s Nissan without hesitation to any person interested in buying or leasing a car.

Jamie was great! We thoroughly appreciated the no pressure sales approach and Jamie's very friendly and helpful demeanor. We also appreciated the finance manager; she made us feel confident we were working with an auto group who was both honest and fair. I would definitely purchase from Wally's again based on this experience.

Thank you all at Wally's. From scheduling, to reminder call, to repair service and even followup call after they are outstanding. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for such great service. They are honest, professional and go out of their way to help. LSS another dealer quoted me many days in shop, unneccessary major dismemberment of major components. Wally's did repair same day, and correctly. Reprogrammed and truck is even better. Thank you, you won't be disappointed they are the best!!

I have to say Steve was absolutely amazing in helping my son buying a newer car today. Not only was he very Knowledgeable but so friendly. They do not tell you one thing and then come back with another. They are up front, honest and want you to be happy! Jeff the finance manager was just as friendly and knowledgeable as well! He made sure my son was taken care of and meant what he said! Truly the best experience today ever with buying a car. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a car! Thank you all ?!

Purchased my car in December of 2022 It was a pre-owned I had to take it back to them to fix the rubber around the windshield Then 7 months later had to bring it in for the repair of the back brakes I'm sorry but just because it passes inspection for the state If you know the brakes are corroded and the caliper may freeze My opinion change it before you let someone purchase itThe brake job cost me almost $1800 I have a leased vehicle from them when they were fucillos the customer service along with any thing they could do to help was spectacular (when it was fucillos) Wallys it's a money game

This was my 1st time purchasing a car, I had researched, taken notes, and thought I was prepared. We in and my nerves threw all of that out the window...Josh and Nikkie made the who process bearable and were INCREDIBLY patient. Nikkie was even able to get me a better rate after I shared I came I with my own pre-approval offer. Josh was amazing and "held my hand" the whole way through!

Worse experience at a dealer by far. The initial sales manager was very friendly when they wanted my business, after that she acted like I was a bother. I was made promises several times that I would get a callback, which did happen once. Every other time I was the one calling. When I was able to speak to the finance officer, I asked him for the terms of the loan, he told me I would be happy, I again asked for the terms of the loan, and he refused to give me the details I wanted. When I went in person to get this information no one would come out to talk to me. I wound up cancelling the deal as the experience was terrible and I can only imagine what would happen when I needed service on the vehicle.

I was very happy with our experience at Wally's Nissan of Latham. We had been shopping around for a couple months and had been to multiple dealerships in multiple states. Wally's had the car we were really interested in and the staff worked with us to get us into the car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. We were able to come to an agreement fairly quickly without any nonsense. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made sure to tell us about all of the available add on options, but did not pressure us in any way, which I really appreciated.

Mike Costello was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't waste my time when it came to selecting the vehicle and making a deal I was happy with. I had a comparable price from another dealer but bought from Wally's because of the better salesperson and better experience.
