I just drove 35 minutes to get here and on the door it says closed for inventory from 3:10 to 4:10 PM nowhere does it say it on the website that they’re closed for inventory not good way to run business

I bought a Google play card for $50 as a Christmas gift yesterday. Was not given a bag or anything to put it in. I carried it in my hand to my car. The card must of got unglued on the way and fell off. It wasn't til I got home I discovered the card was gone from the backing. I just lost $50 because the employee didn't put the card in a bag

Got my PS5 from here and several games. The staff is always friendly and happy to chat you up, which makes it a great experience. I've never had issues pre-ordering and cannot say enough great things about this staff! :)

Was there to purchase a cord for a nintendo ds3 and the two employees were very helpful and charged the nintendo ds3 before I purchased what I needed to charge it.

Recently purchased a used Nintendo Switch Lite via in-store pickup on the website. I specifically chose Indigo colored model (Nintendo calls it Blue but it is the same color as Indigo GameCube). Anyway I picked it up no problem but when I got in the car I noticed that I was given the Turquoise model instead but the sticker on the box said “Blue.” So I went back in to hopefully get the correct one. It turns out another employee accidentally took in a Turquoise model as Blue. Luckily the current employee helped me out and found an Indigo one in the back (last one too) and swapped it out for me no problem. Thank you ?

Went to trade in a system didn't have the original controller. Never been an issue, short bald guy said they can't take it without the original controller which isn't a policy (would just deduct the cost of the controller off). Guy with the beard was super nice though. Unsure if the other guy is a manager but they should probably swap positions at the company. I understand it's the holidays and you are busy but you don't need to be rude to people.

They have one of the best stores in the are inventory and customer service wise, I can always find what I need, and the employees are patient and willing to help you in anyway they can. They are also very knowledgeable a out games coming out and any information they can give.

Showed up to the Midnight release at 12:01am. Shut the gate and turned off the light. Why tell customers you are doing a midnight release you close it down at 12:01?

Called and was told they have the God of War Ragnarok Jotnar edition available for preorder. Got there 15 minutes later and all of a sudden it wasn’t available on the computer anymore. Pretty sure they didn’t even bother checking if it was still available before telling me
