Normally didn't have a problem. But the past two times they've touched my tires last time they changed my brakes and had to go back a week later for a grinding noise. This time I got a tire rotation. Was feeling a shake that got worse over the past two weeks. Figured it was the cold at first. Got home last night and was missing three lug nuts between my front two tires, and two more weren't even hand tight.Edit: I had Fred reach out and try to make things right. Seemed to be genuinely upset on my behalf. Hopefully won't have this issue in the future.

Jose is an outstanding salesperson. Very charming voice on the phone. His videos were excellent! He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep that he was selling me. I did walk away, but asked me to call or text hime with any questions. So, I did, and said "Iwant the Jeep". I loved my exprience with Mr Benitez!!! <3

If you need service on your car, plan on waiting 3 or 4 weeks just for a diagnosis and even longer for the actual service. They need to hire more staff. They had my car for 38 days the last time it needed repairs in early 2023 when there was no UAW strike. The wait time was for technician availability. They had the parts. Then in September, 2023, they scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out. They had some parts, but couldn't replace them for about 3 weeks. There were other parts on back order, which could not be helped. Rather than wait longer, again, I decided to get another car. They really need to hire additional technicians to keep up with the work load. That part is not out of their control. The staff they do have cannot complete all of the work timely. They were courteous and professional, for the most part, but management can make improvements by hiring more service technicians. So, if you can wait a few weeks to have a diagnosis on your car, that's great. I suppose it depends on the problem and whether you have access to another vehicle or not.

I have to thank Crystal for her professionalism at making sure everything was done. It was on the later side when my vehicle repair was completed and even though their shuttle service I believe was close down for the day she sent someone to my home to pick me up. All the paperwork and everything went nice and smoothly. Kudos to you Crystal and continue with your great service!

Highly recommend Sam; awesome, no-pressure, experience. Quick, painless. The rest of the staff provided an equally positive experience. Spent a TOTAL time at this dealership of roughly 1.5 hours from start to finish (across multiple days). Pain free and fair trade experience.Our Jeep had a RRT that needed to be addressed shortly after purchasing. No big deal, because the sales department was very quick to address and was both helpful and accommodating.My husband and I have been Goldstein customers for several years - and love the fact that, regardless of dealership, we know what to expect from Sales AND Service... hence, why we keep coming back.

Excellent service. Had oil change, tire rotation and a recall completion. Thankful for the complimentary ride to and fro home so that I do not have to wait there. Definitely recommend.

Mike Davey was exceptionally pleasant to work with. His calm, genuine and professional demeanor made a stressful time very relaxing. Mike was not pushy but certainly knew how to work with me. My wife and I are both loving our Jeeps and we thank Mike and the entire Goldstein staff.

Was ready for a new car and was looking for a Jeep. I did countless hours of research on exactly what I wanted. No dealerships had one on their lot.When I was ready to go to a dealership thinking I had to order one, I spoke with Brandon to test one first, told him exactly what I wanted, and while I was out he did some searching. After getting back to the dealership I told him I really liked it and asked him if he found anything. To my surprise he found one that was exactly what I was looking for and would maybe be in around 2 weeks from them. I got a call the next day saying it was in! I came in, tested it again and we got to doing paperwork. The paperwork process with Brandon and his team was super easy and painless. Going to a dealership is always nerve wracking and after this experience I left feeling so confident and educated in my choice and left with zero questions unanswered! When it’s time for another vehicle I’d love to come back here.

I was helped by Sammy P at Goldstein Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM and I felt like I had his support every step of the way. I never felt pressured but he explained the process in a way that I knew what was going to happen. The price felt fair to me based on the current market, the finance officer found me a better rate than I was able to find myself after shopping around. I got a great car that I can afford. It's a manual transmission car so I am not exaggerating when I say Sammy P risked his life to sell me this car, because there were some sketchy left turns during my test drive. Thanks Sam!

If I could post zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs!! My salesmen and finance manager we good but that is where it ends. Bought a brand new ram (very expensive truck) that took almost a month to get delivered to me. When it was finally delivered it was covered in scratches, none of the things the sales manager promised happened. If I wanted a completely scratched truck I would of bought a used one.. Was also filthy when delivered... Always get promised the sales manager or general manager will reach out to remedy the situation. NOPE! Just hide behind their desks like cowards, take you money elsewhere and run as fast as you can. Goldstein himself should be embarrassed to have such a joke of an establishment.

The service department is terrible. Went multiple times and never fixed my truck right. They had my truck a total of 2months out of 2 years. I asked them to buy it back rather then lemon law it and they wouldn't even give me a value told me to go to Carmax which I did and they were great. Goldstein's then made me jump through hoops to cancel my extended warranty and service plan only to drive back a 2nd time to be told I will receive no early cancel refund even though I only used 3 out of 8 services and 1 of 2 alignments. I asked when I purchased it if I would be able to cancel for a refund and was told yes I can.

Sam was so helpful and responsive to all of our family’s needs! We are so thankful for the quick timeframe of getting the Jeep I’ve always wanted after losing my original Jeep in an accident. I went in, told Sam what I was interested in, and 2 days later the exact car I wanted was waiting for me to pick it up at the dealership. The financing was easy, and I’ve been able to upgrade from what I had easily and in the price-point I could afford. I would recommend Sam and Goldstein to everyone!

All I have heard are excuses and lies. The staff is rude and incompetent. Go anywhere but here for service on your vehicle.
