“Garrett was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful! Even welcomed my Border Collie Rydor into the store who loved the cool flier. Have not been to a GNC in years as the one closest to me closed. But now this will be my place to shop for nutrition products!! Thank you!”
“This co-op is my main source of apples , bagged baby spinach, and mushrooms, all of which are very fresh, reasonable and of high quality. The storefront is neat, well maintained, and has lots of interesting items.”
“I’ve been struggling with hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiencies for a few years, and the herbal medicines Barri recommended have made a remarkable difference in my health. It feels amazing to finally get back on track naturally! Barri’s knowledge about herbs, detox, and nutrition is truly impressive — he takes time to understand each person’s needs and suggests exactly what works.
I live in NJ. He shipped everything carefully and everything arrived perfectly packed and fresh. I’m so grateful to Barri for his guidance and the high-quality, carefully sourced herbal supplements. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for genuine, natural healing and outstanding care.”

“The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Food was fresh and tasetful. Looking forward to our next visit!!
Vegetarian options: Very clearly marked.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and plenty of room maneuvering through the line.”
“Very unassuming on the outside but makes great use of the space. Excellent selection and, considering the local ownership, I think the prices are quite reasonable!”
“Had a great shopping experience with Damian at the Niskayuna store. He was very helpful and was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great employee to work with.
I left with a bag of great stuff!”
“I love the 647 Italian bread. I am on weight watchers, the diabetes plan, and I love bread. I did not have to give it up. The 647 bread tastes great and 1 point. Customer service is also exceptional.”
“A bit pricey, but 10% discount with my Prime membership. Wonderful produce selection. Limited selection in grocery items, but I was able to find most of what was on my list. I passed on a few items that I can purchase elsewhere at a much lower cost. Friendly staff. Very busy store especially around lunchtime with their ready-made items.”
“Crystal suggested a better option on the pre work out that was way better than I used to use. Give a visit and u wont be disappointed. Cheers to Crystal and Silvio 💪🏽”
