You get what you pay for. Not your dime-store haircut. I never knew there was a difference until I went for my first cut. Joanie gave me pointers about my hair and how to REALLY maintain it in between cuts. My go to place from now on.

My stylist was great. What I have a problem with is how the front desk added a $30 fee to my haircut because they said I have more hair, and they told me that AFTER the haircut. If you’re going to add a hair length(?) fee, please let me know before and give me the option to cancel the service, because the initial quote was for a $50 cut, and $80 is a big difference.
Update: They called and offered $20 back. It’s definitely appreciated, though “because you have a lot of hair” is not a great thing to tell someone on the phone regarding the fee, especially since I did say a couple times during the appointment that I was fine if the stylist left my hair damp since I didn’t want them running late.
