I just had my first experience with Keeler BMW and it was great! I live in Utica area and we no longer have BMW dealership. I filled out something on the website and immediately received a call from Brittany who was very pleasant. My salesman, Ken DenBesten was awesome, he was very responsive and knowledgeable and was able to get me in a 2020 BMW 330i quickly which was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely come back for my next car!

Ther service department is mismanaged, overbooked and incompetent. A lot of negative attitude from a group that cannot complete regular maintenance in a timely, professional manner. It's time to go back to a Lexus.

I just had my first experience both with BMW as brand, and Keeler as a dealer. I have to say that I love my car. But it's a BMW and that shouldn't be a surprise. My interaction so far with Keeler has been exemplary What really stood out for me was my salesperson Safrina Basil. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has proven to be responsive and honest to a fault. Just a gem of a person.

I had a wonderful experience working with this dealership! I was initially working with a different BMW dealership in the area, but had an incredibly awful experience. My husband got in touch with one of the managers Joe and he was able to get me into my dream car faster than expected. We also worked with Ken one of the salesman, and he was wonderful! Ken kept me updated throughout the entire process and set up my car for me during the delivery. Overall the process was effortless, stress free and one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning to this dealership to buy my next car!

I purchased my first BMW from Ronnie Conover at Keeler and it couldn't have been a better experience. He's personable, knowledgeable and professional. There was no pushy sales pitch and no pressure. He patiently answered all my questions before and after the sale and has gone above and beyond to help me with a couple of post-sale requests. Ronnie is totally customer-oriented, which is rare these days. I can't thank him enough for the service he's given me as a first-time Keeler client.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a quicker car buying experience. Dustin is not your typical “pushy” salesman and made the experience so much more enjoyable. The whole process was quick and seamless. Alex was thorough in his explanations of warranties and was able to make my husband happy (which is not always easy). We are both happy and satisfied with this experience.

The last two times I've taken my car into Keeler BMW for service it was fixed, and as I drove off, I realized it wasn't right.The first occasion my 12v battery was dead and it took over a month for the dealership to get a battery shipped from Germany before it was drivable again. Upon leaving the dealership, there were multiple warning lights that there was an error with the battery. I had hoped the error lights would correct themselves and drove home an hour away, but after cycling through starts and stops several times it would not go away. It was not programmed at the dealership correctly and I had to take it back the following day to be corrected.The more recent occasion (Sept 2023), I took it in for a front wheel issue (Two lugs were cross threaded. They had been for months, since changing from winter to summer tires, and I knew I would need to get the hub replaced, but finally got it in for service), it was "fixed" and given back to me, but the back end was noisy as soon as I drove it away and was getting worse the farther from the dealership I got, so I turned around and brought it back. The service associate test drove it, confirmed what I heard, put it on the lift and discovered "the back wheel was about to fall off" because the lugs were not torqued down. (They certainly were tight and the car drove smoothly when I brought it in) I am convinced a service tech would have taken off the back wheels to check that the issue with the front was not also in the back, but forgot to tighten the lugs on one of the back wheels. The service associate suggested it could not have been their fault gave me my keys and walked away quickly letting me know there'd be no charge for the return service.The first issue was a significant inconvenience with a month without my car, and a return trip to the dealership, the second was a safety concern that the service associate tried to blame on the customer instead of apologizing for the service tech's mistake.I love my BMW, but dealing with the service department at Keeler BMW has been a real hassle and an expensive roll of the dice. I think it's time to try another Capital Region dealership.

Buyer be warned...DO NOT buy any extended warranty policies from this dealership unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep your car!!! Even then, they are very lukewarm on what they will and will not cover, even after they promise everything will be covered. I wish I had done more research on their history before I bought all in. Getting your money refundEd from Keeler is next to impossible, even though legally they are supposed to. They will not even take or answer your phone calls or text and even emails. If you are male, better chance, females, no chance so far for me. They called my husband back with a very lukewarm response. Myself, the owner of the car and policy, NOTHING. Seriously in this day and age??? Guess in their minds we STILL have NO place at any table. Even the general manager, Peter Connelly, who I always held to a high standard will not. Sad!

Nice people, but very much frazzled approach to service. Had my first service done Saturday, and was charged a fairly high amount for oil change and tire rotation. Bigger concern was that it took over 2+ hours to complete, while I waited. I asked about the length of time and stated that I had an important appointment.When I got the vehicle, the tire pressure sensor was not set and found the tire pressures were different than what was recommended. Service manager told me that he did not have time to road test and reset the car as he was trying to get me the car quickly so I could attend my other scheduled appointment (which I was late for).So the inference, was that I was a contributor to the failed service for asking why an oil change took so long. So I guess the customer (me) was wrong in this case, so I was told.Lesson learned......if you pay >$200 for an oil change and tire rotation, give them an extra hour to ensure it is returned to you in proper condition. Being sarcastic of course.I think I'll try BMW of South Albany for my next service....when I contacted them yesterday, they stated that no car leaves their service area without being 100% checked over and ready to go.I've heard good things about their customer relations.
