Have spent thousands of dollars the last few months fixing my Mercedes. Got my car back yesterday and it feels worst than when I brought it in. Every time for some reason I pick it up and something else magically goes wrong. I spoke to the service department last time I brought it in because after spending nearly 8k + to fix the car it would have made sense to get into something else. They went ahead and fixed it anyways after I told them that and never had a sales person reach out to me. Very disappointed with how much money I blew when it could have been a down payment on something else they could have possibly gotten me into. Now after picking it up yesterday it’s still making the same loud noises.As a single mother being in a reliable safe car is really important ! And for some strange reason every single time I go get it fix with them something else messes up again!

I am writing to share an update to my previous poor review due to issues with my certified car I purchased 3 months ago! The manager Rudy reached out to me and told me to bring the car in. They replaced a set of brakes and two new tires free of charge due to a mistake on their end! This is how customer service is done! My faith in Keeler is restored and I'm very happy with the service I received. Getting a video of your car while being serviced is also wonderful! Thank-you Rudy and Jenny! Ther service department is mismanaged, overbooked and incompetent. A lot of negative attitude from a group that cannot complete regular maintenance in a timely, professional manner. It's time to go back to a Lexus.

Purchased a 2024 bmw M4 competition from Keeler. I am located out of state and the process of securing this extremely sought after vehicle was extremely easy and their team made sure to assist me every step of the way. I am not the type of person to like to leave reviews but I’m honestly just surprised how great the customer service was/is.Their team makes sure to answer all calls like priority number one. Even now days after purchasing I still call one of their reps during work and after work hours to chat. Feels really good to have someone answer questions and help out at all times. The genuine interest and knowledge in the vehicles by their team is amazing. Every box is checked in my book. Financially I am happy and satisfied with all aspects of my purchase.

This is the first time that I've had a 100k service done on a Benz. I usually buy a new one for any given reason. I am not going to get rid of this car, mainly because I have had excellent service done on my car only by Keeler. I have also stayed with the same service writer, Chris Adams, for the past 3 vehicles. Obviously, there is a reason. There are just too many positives about his attention to what you need and to details of delivering. He is just one of the reasons why I only do business with Keeler Mercedes Benz along with my father before me.

Second time purchasing from Keeler MB and sales rep Rod Williams made my trade transaction easy and enjoyable. Makes you want to trade more often. Keeler service has always been very accommodating as well. I’ll be back for another new MB in a few years.

I first scheduled a visit with KEELER MINI to fix a tail light on my MINI COOPER CLUBMAN S. They were very accommodating with my busy schedule and the service was great and a got a very diagnostic. They found an issue that was covered under warranty, ordered the part and later picked up my car from my home, gave me a loaner MINI COOPER CLUBMAN and even delivered my car to my workplace. Very impressed with the customer service, start to finish. They even made sure my car was sparkling and clean! It is definitely worth the trip to work with these people. I feel like I got the Queen's treatment and my car was left in capable hands. Thank you all so much!

At 80 years old, we've had our cars serviced at many dealerships. Keeler is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being able to use, as we have done for the past four years. They drop off a loaner and return our Mercedes to us seamlessly. Their work is meticulous. Jeff is our service manager and he goes out of his way to provide convenient good service in the most economical way possible. I don't usually write reviews but felt that our experience has been worth trying to show some appreciation as well as to share information.

Buyer be warned...DO NOT buy any extended warranty policies from this dealership unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep your car!!! Even then, they are very lukewarm on what they will and will not cover, even after they promise everything will be covered. I wish I had done more research on their history before I bought all in. Getting your money refundEd from Keeler is next to impossible, even though legally they are supposed to. They will not even take or answer your phone calls or text and even emails. If you are male, better chance, females, no chance so far for me. They called my husband back with a very lukewarm response. Myself, the owner of the car and policy, NOTHING. Seriously in this day and age??? Guess in their minds we STILL have NO place at any table. Even the general manager, Peter Connelly, who I always held to a high standard will not. Sad!

Always great service at Keeler BMW. Had my first oil change there, and they were fast and efficient. I also enjoy the video walk through they send on your vehicle. Such a great idea!

Bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid but customer service sucks. Sales man Bill was great but financial manager was either in the wrong business or who ever hired him did the company wrong
