Ther service department is mismanaged, overbooked and incompetent. A lot of negative attitude from a group that cannot complete regular maintenance in a timely, professional manner. It's time to go back to a Lexus.

Buyer be warned...DO NOT buy any extended warranty policies from this dealership unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep your car!!! Even then, they are very lukewarm on what they will and will not cover, even after they promise everything will be covered. I wish I had done more research on their history before I bought all in. Getting your money refundEd from Keeler is next to impossible, even though legally they are supposed to. They will not even take or answer your phone calls or text and even emails. If you are male, better chance, females, no chance so far for me. They called my husband back with a very lukewarm response. Myself, the owner of the car and policy, NOTHING. Seriously in this day and age??? Guess in their minds we STILL have NO place at any table. Even the general manager, Peter Connelly, who I always held to a high standard will not. Sad!

I had a very complicated situation with my 2020 M340i CPO, that I purchased in January of 2023. Note: I did NOT purchase this vehicle from Keeler. The selling dealer was 2.5 hours away from my home. I specifically purchased a CPO , for that reason.Three months into ownership, I had some problems with 'Drivers Assistance Reduced" warnings. Turns out, the previous owner of this vehicle did a dirty repair, using sensors from a junkyard. This was (obviously) missed on the CPO certification as the cert process does not include removing bumpers and checking all components.Keeler informed me that they could not repair this, under the CPO or remaining factory warranty, due to the fact that it had been damaged and repaired.I was a very difficult customer (and I am very sorry for my poor attitude when I learned of this problem). However, Tom (Service) and Alan (Manager) worked around the clock to find an acceptable solution. Working with BMW North America, and the selling dealership, Keeler was able to allow me to get the work done, locally - while billing the selling dealer, responsible for the CPO. This was a very unusual situation and Keeler was able to help make things right. Mike was always on the phone with me to discuss options. And Tom remained kind and professional the entire time I verbally expressed my dissatisfaction at the original problem. Thank you for all of that.Thank you for working behind the scenes to honor the CPO and get the job done locally.

Randy was amazing. Super easy and transparent. Actually felt like they cared that the car I was buying was in excellent working condition.

I bought a 2016 Volvo v60 from the pre owned lot from the salesman named Giorgio a few months ago in august. I brought the car the other week to a Volvo specialist for its first oil change since I got it from Keeler. And the mechanic has discovered that car has been heavily neglected. And Keeler didn't do any type of fluid flushes beforehand to the car. And the dealer failed to mention that the car has a huge oil delusion problem. I was told this car was serviced regularly. I cannot believe I was genuinely mislead about its true condition when I bought this car. That now the car has a rod knock and could possibly even need a new engine. It was obviously neglected by the previous owner and the dealership flipped it quickly not putting a penny into it. All my fluids have never even been changed! I would not recommend Keeler Motor Company. BUYERS BEWARE

Don't service your car here! double-check everything they say is wrong, take it to a good mechanic.

On March 12, I bought a pre-owned 2019 Honda CRV fm Keeler. However, shortly after that, I had a tire low pressure light up. I brought the car in and checked. The first time, I was told the car was fine. Then the 2nd time, a leak was found on the side of the tire. I was notified that I had to replace the tire while I was on a telecon .for work in the waiting room. So I had no time to discuss with service department and paid to have the tire replaced right away. After I came back, I didn't feel good about this whole experience and called the service department again but got rebuffed. So I wrote a bad review here for this terrible and unreasonable experience on Mar. 25. On Mar. 28, I surprisingly got a phone call fm Keeler customer service manager Leslie. My bad review got her attention. She asked me what had happened, did some investigation, facilitated between me and sales department and came up a satisfactory solution. So now I'm attempting to write a new review for this excellent customer service experience. This practice of doing the right thing and keeping customer happy will definitely win old customers back and draw new clients in! Smart business for a long term success!!

In general, sales and service have been pretty solid there except for two major issues: - I once dropped my convertible off for repairs and returned the next day to find it had been left outside with the roof down during a rainstorm. I dropped it off with the roof UP so not sure how that even happened. Only after I complained did they wet-vac out the car and run it under some fans to dry it out, but it was always musty-smelling after that. -They stopped servicing my make of car (SMARTCAR) with no advance warning at all. Just stopped. Nearest alternative dealer is hours away in Vermont. They could've given their customers some advance notice so we could get any needed repairs done (is a month too much to ask?) but they did not. As it turns out we were looking at their MiniCoopers when this happened. They have an excellent sales team, but I will never buy a car from Keeler again in light of their utter disregard for customers with smaller name-brand vehicles. The management's the issue, IMHO, not the staff.

Do not go here for sales or service. When purchasing a BMW, we needed to constantly followup with the sales staff to get answers to our questions. Now that we own a BMW (bought from a different dealer), we brought our car here for service. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment and we were told it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change. Over 3 hours later my family is stuck in their broken down and dirty waiting area. From other reviews on Yelp, I can see this is a common theme.

Brought car in for service. The sound system wasn't working. They called me to say the amp needed to be replaced for 1100. They also stated that there was an extended warranty on the vehicle from previous owner but I wasn't covered. I did some research and found that extended warranties were transferable. When I picked up the car they told me it was covered and there was no charge. Then I got several texts that I need to pay my bill. Threatening that if I didn't pay they wouldn't service my vehicle anymore. I paid the bill but will never go back.

My Mercedes was towed to Keeler Motor Car Company on Friday for a broken drive shaft. They claimed they had fixed it for quite a large fee but when driving home the same part broke. Do not trust this business to complete a repair on your car. When I called to ask for help they said there is nothing they could do for me.

Worst car dealership i've ever dealt with, was going to buy a Mercedes from Keeler (THANK GOD I DIDNT) but i've heard nothing but terrible things about them & my moms experience with Keeler BMW proved everyone else's terrible reviews about this place. I mean seriously, if you're going to work in a car dealership learn how to deal with customers in a respectfully manored way even when they're irritated and fed up with constant mistakes you're making. I haven't spoke to one professional employee here, it's like they're all rude and most definitely LAZY. My mother won't be taking her car here again and i hope no one else does because you will gaurenteed have a terrible experience. Wish i could give this place 0 stars because they're really that terrible.

Buyers beware !!! This review could be pages long but I'll try keep it short as I have wasted enough of my time dealing with this incompetent Keeler bmw dealership and service con artists Basically went to purchase a pre owned bmw and it was a nightmare for start to finish ( actually never finished or drove away with the vehicle) as it was not safe and the service center was unable to fix the issue in 3 attempts despite them knowing issues with all wheel drive system before they sold us vehicle .Finally with just cancelled the the whole transaction and wasted hours dealing with sales, finance and management. This was going be my sons first car graduation gift ... such disappointment in a potential future bmw or keeler customer .. I have purchased many luxury vehicles at this dealership and I can't say they where ever great .. but what dealership really is ?? But this issue was beyond acceptable and actually fraudulent.. trying to pass along a vehicle that was unsafe traction control and abs brake system... good thing I have experience working on these vehicle.. or I would have been completely ". Ripped off"" I understand the profit margins these places need . But in the end they lost me , my friends, and any one I can share this experience with. And on last note .. after the sale and before my son drove off the lot and entire dash board lit up .. sales man was gone !! And when I had go find him explain problem still there after 3 attempts fix it . I got " not my problem " attitude when all paperwork work was signed. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn the general public of this place and people they have employed there ..

I had a great experience buying a BMW from Keeler. Totally professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. Joe Marcil was my sales guy and he was great to deal with. Highly recommend Keeler and Joe.

I bought my third car from Keeler yesterday. My second preowned. It was a one owner Volvo, incredibly clean and a good price. The preowned staff are very professional and were happy to show me any car I wanted to see. Thank you Nick...
