I am 32 weeks pregnant and scheduled a 3-hour glucose test. At my first appointment, the receptionist(older lady) claimed they didn’t have the script from my OBGYN. Since it was a Saturday and my doctor’s office was closed, they couldn’t retrieve it — and I was sent home without being seen. I accepted that I should have double-checked beforehand and rescheduled.
At my second appointment, which was confirmed for 9:15 AM, I came prepared and ready. Again, the receptionist told me she didn’t have the script. I immediately emailed it to her, and she acknowledged it was sent. Then she told me to wait.
I waited 45 minutes. During that time, she called in multiple patients who arrived after me. When I finally approached her again, she refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed me, saying I should’ve come in at 8:00 AM — even though my confirmed appointment was for 9:15.
I had been fasting since the night before, and being 32 weeks pregnant, that’s not only uncomfortable — it’s unsafe. I felt weak and lightheaded while sitting there waiting for absolutely nothing. And had I not spoken up again, she likely would have let me sit there all morning without being seen.
This kind of carelessness and lack of compassion is completely unacceptable — especially for pregnant patients. The staff showed zero professionalism or empathy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service. I walked in to get my blood drawn, which is never a pleasant experience and the woman at the counter literally sighed and rolled her eyes. Then, she said, “don’t lock the door yet Aziz, someone’s here… I didn’t lock the door fast enough“. She was apparently upset that I had walked in at 11:24 and they close at 11:30. I understand customer service is going downhill, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go back there. I encourage others to go elsewhere, or to avoid Labcorp entirely. There ARE options.

The nurse i had was amazing but should consider a different location, I received a bill for $500 for routine bloodwork they said my insurance didn't cover it i check the bill THEY RAN IT THROUGH THE WRONG CONPANY to make it worse the main billing department would admit they ran it wrong until I call my insurance company and found out they had not received a claim for the service since it was submitted to the wrong company, hours wasted because of their incompetence

0 stars if I could because its 0!!!! My husband went in for drug testing for employment, had an appointment, arrived about 20 mins prior to his appointment time and checked in on the kiosk. Names were being called left and right, after 45 mins of my husband waiting patiently, he approached the front desk to ask why he had yet to be called back as no one had sat for longer than 10 mins except for him. The woman, elderly, rudely dismissed my husband and told him to take a seat once he confirmed he had checked in at the kiosk. After another round of waiting, he went back up and was told she had called his name multiple times and the time for drug testing had ended. She absolutely had not once called his name, and he very much felt targeted by her as she would not even attempt to assist when he first approached the desk. Disgusting behavior!!!

Took my 2.5 year old daughter here for bloodwork . Our other experience was at Albany med where everyone said to go . That didn’t go well , the person came off very cold and didn’t try to comfort my nervous child - so we left .
Went to Latham and they were phenomenal. They comforted her , made a balloon out of gloves , gave her snacks , and we left with the bloodwork ! 10/10 recommend for littles

Says drug tests are available Saturday until close at 11:30, we get there at 10:35 and they tell us that we should have been here before 10:30- while the paper on the door literally says till 11:30. Rudest lady ever for a front desk area. Labcorp should be disappointed in themselves.

I like the simple e-check in and you can walk in for lab work. Timing is also good

I never met someone so happy not to help and refuse to give me a test I paid for online despite being able to check in. I was told the client information was from Texas which made it invalid, but I believe this to be incorrect information and I will be following up with a an official complaint because of the woman's behavior up front.
