He even recommended a great local spot for us to check out, which meant a lot since we just moved to the area. Can’t wait to explore it… and hopefully cross paths with him again!”
“Plaza 7 is a family-run liquor store in the Plaza 7 Commons located right next to Galleria 7 Market, which is quite convenient. If I were getting take-out from anywhere in Galleria 7 or nearby, I'd certainly stop in here to get a bottle of wine or two to go with my meal, and there's a small cooler in the back with some already-chilled wines. It's not a large store, and the size is reduced a bit more by the center aisle being an "employees only" area. So they're forced to pick and choose what they sell, and I think they made good choices. As you walk in, the wines are on the right, very well organize, with competitive prices. Liquor and liqueurs will be on the left, with a significant assortment of whiskeys. Prices are reasonably competitive here. Service is friendly, I was greeted as soon as I walked in.”
“Nice store. Good selection of spirits. Nothing eclectic. If you're looking for a variety of exotic Scotches they're not there. Ok selection of bourbons and whiskeys, gins and vodkas. The staff is nice. I'm not quite sure what more to say... It's a liquor store. Parking lot is ok.”

“The place recently got new management. They used to be the worst '.. the beverage ' store in the Capitol District under the previous management, and it took a while for the new management to straighten things out. The new management cleaned up the place, but what I really like about them is that they are business people and listen to the customers. I told them what my favorite hard-to-find beer was, and they now are stocking it on the shelves, so I can buy it weekly -- something that would be impossible under the old management.”
