It provides a convenient one-stop shop for gifts and everyday needs. The store is kept clean and organized, and customer service is great with pleasant staff. Returns are easy and handled with no problem. Lines move fast even when crowded. The store is also pet friendly. Some note that the selection in certain sections, like men's clothing, can sometimes be limited.
I like this store despite the fact it is hit or miss that you will find what you need. The long check out lines are off putting BUT they do have some great deals.

Candles too pricey. Found what I wanted at Walmart for more than half the price. Nice store but...

Never a dull moment in Marshall's. Sometimes I don't like to go in because I spend more than I anticipated! But I always find something that I need and more so it guess it's a fair trade!
