I am not a big fan of stores i get overwhelmed easily. I needed a mattress. When I walked into the store was greeted by such a wonderful smile. I explained i have comprehensive issues
The gentleman ron who help me made it where I could understand everything without getting overwhelmed he went above an beyond an helped with the paperwork i recommended if you need a mattress go see ron truly a wonderful experience

From start to finish this was a great experience for me. I called and Ron picked up, I told him I had a budget and what I needed. He looked hard at his inventory and got me pricing right away, then he checked and verified there was a promotion on and saved me on the frame. I told him I would come over right after, when I got there he was assisting someone and I waited. When he got done and came over he immediately offered me a seat and had my items on the cart ready to go! I decided to get a few extras and since I had not had the best day, I told him my stresses, he was completely empathetic and kind... At that moment he had gone above and beyond a salesman! Although our entire exchange only took about 10 minutes.... I felt as if I was with a family member. When it came time to pay the bill I was happy to swipe my card. But that's not all! He helped me load everything into my van... And because I myself go to festivals and I'm used to hugging people he offered me a hug goodbye and I accepted that! He was a kind gentleman... Definitely a credit to humanity... and if you're lucky and someday need a mattress, a frame, sheets or a pillow...and come upon Ron - you will be fortunate in your encounter!
