I went it to have a bracelet fixed , I was greeted with the most wonderful smile and warm greeting. I went back few weeks later to pick up my bracelet, once again I was greeted with same warmth. This is now my jewelers from now on.

Took my bracelet to be repaired. Was greeted by Evan and Lori. They were both very helpful. Evan was awesome, He restored my bracelet to new condition and did it with a smile. He was very knowledgeable when asked questions.. he also was great with my children and sizing their fingers. Thank you Evan!

It's Good! Nice People, good selection and knowledgeable staff. I got a watchband installed and they didn't charge me anything which included removing 1 link. I highly recommend MJ in Latham and will be back again soon.

Evan was amazing - walked in inquiring how to get my citrine to sparkle like when i bought it (3 years ago!) and he cleaned it and had me in and out under 5 min. amazing customer service!
