I was seen by Ara who was kind, professional, and gentle - I had blood drawn for the first time and she barely even left a mark. I received my test results via email the next day! Excellent experience.”

EDIT: for anyone struggling with walk in wait times, etc. I would suggest (apologies if you already have and it still didn’t work out) downloading the app to schedule and confirm arrival times. It got me in and out.”
