Michael & Tyler were so helpful. It means a lot because my music knowledge is limited. They guided me with compassion & understanding.

The service was excellent. Michael and Ty were both very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They gently fixed my daughter's guitar with care. Michael clearly explained what needed to be done and offered the best options. It's definitely worth visiting the store, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
