I had a great experience at OTF. I really like the low impact high cardio workout, and I especially like the ability to monitor and track my heart rate so I always know if I'm "in the zone".

Friendly staff, clean equipment, great selection of workouts and equipment. The heart rate monitor is an extra bonus!! It is nice to see your progress and how hard you are working.

LOVE OTF Latham. The coaches are wonderful and so encouraging! I love coming here to workout as my daily routine. The workout templates, music, and overall energy motivate me in my fitness journey.

I joined OTF with a friend after recently having a baby and looking for motivation to get back into shape and lose the weight. I am so glad I did! After a little over 2 months as a member and 4 months postpartum I have almost lost all the weight and haven’t had such a great workout since I was a college athlete. The atmosphere, coaches and workouts are so motivating. I am so happy with the results and am so thankful I joined orange theory!

Absolutely love the workouts and the fact that no two are exactly alike. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help. If they notice you can improve the way you are doing an exercise they will take the time to teach you. They care about their clients and it really shows!

I have been on a weightloss/fitness journey for a few years with very little success until orange theory. I did my free class and joined that night. In a short 3.5 short months so much has changed. I am more confident, my mental health has improved, I am running and have multiple prs, I have lifted heavier than ever. I am so grateful to this place, their staff and the all around program. The community is so solid, Supportive and kind. The equipment is state of the art, clean and well taken care of!I HIGHLY suggest investing in yourself by joining orange theory fitness in Latham!

Hands down the best workout in the Capital Region. OTF Latham provides a safe, inclusive environment and workout for people of all fitness levels. The coaching staff is knowledgeable and is more than willing to provide appropriate modifications to best fit the members’ needs. The staff at the front desk is personable and makes an effort to get to know every member that walks through the door. Truly the best in the fitness game!???

OTF is not like other gyms, always a friendly face at the front desk and nice people to sweat next to accompanied by a great sweat session. No one ever leaves saying they wish they didn't come today...well maybe after Hell Week!

The workout was awesome, I really liked the way we are connected to a system that monitors the parameters associated with our health. I literally amazed to see my exact calorie burns after the total workout. This is good as I can push me beyond that in the next workout and will be able to track my progress very easily. However, I believe we can extend the time for workouts on different muscles and decrease the cardio if it is fixed for 60 minutes.
